Not list the services - server 2008

I OpManager Enterprise central probe and version 9, installed on machines with Windows XP, I'm trying to monitor a server with Server 2008 R2 64bit via WMI, but the next problem is ocorendo, the CPU information, memory, disk being monitored certain, only that the MSSQL service and can not monitor.
the services SNMP, WMI, RPC and DCOM are active
I created a community for SNMP
I am using a User with administrator permission
gave permission for that in WMI User
The strange thing is that some monitors work and services and not SQL
Someone has gone through this problem?
