Unable to install OpManager NetFlow Plug-In

Performance on our main probe
Hi, We are running OPManager 9 enterprise edition, build 9200. We are experiencing a very slow respons on the probe when browsing around, and wanting to add new devices. The server OS it self runs with not much load. What is considered as a heavy load on the probe OPManager wise? Netflow and NCM Plugins do not work after update to 9400
After following the directions to update from 9200 to 9400 I have found that both by NCM and NetFlow plugins no longer work. Attempting to "jump to" just brings up a page cannot be displayed message in IE. I attempted to update my Netflow to the latest version (9000 to 9700) and it indicates the PPM is incorrect for this version. The NCM update (batch file process) indicated it was successful however it does not appear to be so. Anyone else have issues with this?

Hi, I have over 50 Windows servers and I want to have my Event Log monitoring enabled for each one. Unfortunately this generates hundreds of irrelevant alarms every day, like users logging off or printers not being mapped. How to change opmanager's system time ?
in opmanager version 9.2 . the system time is different than the server time. also there is no option the change time settings from web interface. i tried to add some extra lines on wrapper.conf file and restart the service & server but it didnt work. Note: the server regional settings are all english. because of that bug when we get traffic reports it shows wrong times in the report. How to fix that situation ? Thanks.

monitor standby FW using opmanager
Hi, Opmanager is not able to monitor cisco ASA 5540 in cluster. We have 2 cisco ASA's , configured in active/standby mode. Recently one of the interface on the active (primary) FW was down which made the services to failover to standby (secondary). since that time opmanager is showing the device as down though we are able to ping the FW from the opmanager server. URL monitor for FTP site
I'm trying to set up a URL monitor a ftp site. If I use a browser and go to a location of ftp://domain\username:password@ftp.mysite.com I am able to go in, but when I put the path into opmanger, it fails on the domain\username issue because it has a \ and it also fails on the @ symbol in the name. Is there any way to get around this, or a patch made so that i can monitor a URL this way? Copying a device template
We want to copy the Windows Server 2008 R2 device template to use for a set of servers that have different monitoring values. When we copy it asks for the oid. I did a query and selected one of the servers and that seemed to work fine but when I go to add a new monitor I do not see any of the HOST-RESOURCES monitor for snmp. If i go ahead and add the new one it removes the other 4 I had setup previously, probably because they are not in the list with the new template. Any suggestions?

Problem Occurred While Updating Workflow
I have a workflow that executes a windows script that reboots a PC when a certain process is killed (reboot PC does not work since there will always be a user logged on who has actually killed the process). This was working fine yesterday when I deployed it to one test machine. OpManager WMI inconstancies
I recently switched out all my monitors for all of my VM's to make use of WMI for the Windows machines. Since then I have been picking up some strange data. Firstly - the poll interval on all the machines is set to 15 minutes (default) but yet I seem to get alerts at very random (sometimes less than 15 minute) intervals. opmanager doesn't show traps for certain servers
hello, I'm facing the following issue. Traps are correctly sent to OpManager server, I can see them by using both Wireshark and the trap viewer embedded in OpManager, but they simply don't show up in the db and consequently in the OpManager interface. Hi I have a device template in which I have defined a threshold for the Free Disk Space in MB monitor. This threshold is appropriate for most drives, however for some drives it needs to be changed. Why does this Ironport MIB not work in OpManager?
I'm trying to monitor an Ironport security device in OpManager 7.1, and have downloaded the latest MIB but it will not open in OpManger of the stand-alone MIB browser, giving an error saying it could not parse the file with an error at line 7 column 40 I've spoken to Ironport support and they assure me that the problem myust lie with OpManager as they can open it fine in several other monitoring solutions. Can anyone help?
