Having just patched Opmanager to Build 9400 it no longer starts.

We are running on Windows server 2008 R2 and it was running as a service with no issues, I tried rolling back the to 9200 (which was successful) but it still will not start.

Now we have no NMS and no idea what our 500 odd servers and network devices are doing.....this is NOT good.
