Publishin g IPAM and SPM are not working well - missing index.html files in the subfolders
the publishing functionality is not working because there is no "index.html" file in each subdirectory created when publishing, and the only way to access the reports is going to each folder in the installation directory /IPAMpublish/ and double-clicking the htm file created (as intance: 2017_07_10_17_32_58.html) Ihave installed the last consolided servicepack (June 20th) but this doesn`t resolve th IPAM asn SPM publish options
How to stop a scan process?
Hi, When a FW was added to monitoring, Oputils added automatically de subnets configured in the routing tables of the firewall. Some networks have mask 255.255.0.0 and when de scheduled task to scan the IP is taking about four-five hours to scan each subnet, so the servers' disk is writting all day and the OPM server is become very slow. How can stop the scan process without reseting the Opmanager service ? IN addition, the publishing functionality is not working because there is no "index.html"

Hi, we are evalueting oputils in a network enviroment with different subnets in remote branch office: we have add cisco gateway for mac to ip address mapping, but no result is returned. After further investigating we found that the oid ipNetToPhysicalPhysAddress 1.3.6.1.2.1.4.35.1.4 used for snmp query return empty result. With MIB Browser Tool we found that with oid .1.3.6.1.2.1.4.22.1.2 present in RFC1212-MIB we get all mac address -> ip mapping. We have searched through doumentation but we havent
Backup Cisco Config Files in OpUtils 12.2
Where in the heck is it? All of the documentation is either out of date or points to OpManager's NCM. On the OpUtils page it's listed as a Featured Tool but it's not documented anywhere that I can find.

OPUTILS 12.2 add coloums in IPAM and SPM
we haven't found any way to view additional coloums in inventory we need ifalias as default coloums in SPM, but no way to add or remove default coloums

one of our two domain is impossible to be addedd to oputils, in version 8 we have no problem with it one added is: xxx.it one not added is: xxx.yyy.it (we are domain admins, but not enterprise admins) both are same level od AD Forest, Domain ad DC OS no error, simply window to add domain don't close

We are having major issues attempting to move to Server 2012 and Oputils 8 , SPM is extremely slow at scanning and will eventually just stop scanning. Anyone else attempted Server 2012?
SPM Issue
Hello, We have an issue with Switch Port Mapper, it does not show some information like Connected MAC, IP Address, DNS Name, Device Type. But, it shows only Interface name, Port no, Port status, Vlan Id, Vlan name, interface speed. Currently we are running OpUtils Build# 12200. We are using Cisco switches with SNMPv3 configured with auth and priv. The last switch that we added is Cisco Catalyst 3560 with IOS , 15.2(2)E4. Highly appreciated for your support to resolve this issue.
Oputils SPM
Attempting to move to Windows Server 2012 with Oputils 8 and it hangs up on SPM import and will only import a limited about of devices, it hangs nmap,exe and conhost.exe (command prompts)on the server that cannot be killed and the server has to be rebooted. Anyone else having issues with this? Attempted to move to version 12 but they have not incorporated imports in SPM and IPAM and missing Tree Hierarchy in IPAM.... I attempted to load 70000 and ran into similar issues...
IP address manager - Change IP address status manually (reserved)
Dear Experts, I would like to ask you in connection with the problem as you can see in my subject. I use a couple of IP addresses as NAT-ed IP address. These addresses are NAT-ed in my firewall, so they look like Unused addreses from my IPAM point of view. I would like to mark these addresses in IPAM as "Reserved IP addres" manually. OpUtils or OpManager cannot start after fresh install
After the fresh install of Manage Engine Oputils 12, reboot and cannot get the service to start automatically. Getting error "The ManageEngine OpManager service on the local computer started and then stopped. Some services stop automatically if they are not in use by other services or programs." Ideas?
SNMP v3 switchport mapper
I am running version 8 of opsutil and struggling adding switches to port mapper via snmpv3. I see the requests coming into the cisco switch, but seems nothing ever goes back out. I know the snmpv3 creds are working because I have another app polling from these devices and working just fine. Anyone have issues with this?

I am seeing mixed results with my switch port mapper not reporting all ports that are active/nonactive on my switches. Some switch stacks are correct and others are not. ANy advice on what to check?
IF Alias in IPAM published data
Good morning, When i look at the IPAM results i see the IF Alias showing the names of the ports on the switch, however when i select to publish the data it is not a column for me to choose, i am building a map to give a view of hotdesk usage and require the Alias to be published along with the Data, is there a means to do this? Unable to install OpUtils/ / Unable to download IPAM/SPM plugin
Hey guys, we have a server with OpManager 11.6 installed (Upgrade pack for 12 isn't available yet..) and I wanted to try the IPAM and SPM plugin, but the only download I can find when I click on the Download button is OpManager. So I tried the OpUtils installer which claims that OpUtils has already been installed in a earlier version.. so

Network Monitoring Not Updating
I'm testing out the Network Monitoring feature of OpUtils. I have entered a server's IP and it shows the server as running. However, it keeps showing the server as running, even after the server is shutdown. The refresh period is set to 1 minute. Even after bouncing the OpUtils service, it continues to show the server as running. Please advise.

Cannot Import Switches into Switch Port Mapper
I am trying to import switches for our network into Switch Port Mapper but am failing in my attempt. I have used the examples listed in the csv help but I am unsure of how to/what is a Tree Hierarchy and the correct way to enter the information. Also when I attempt to manual enter the switch information, it is displaying the wrong task Name. Any help in resolving these two issue would greatly be appreciated. Attached is a screenshot of the missed named Task Names.

License Issue
What is the best way to get a hold of someone who can handle licenses that have not yet been sent, but have been purchased? I replied to my original license email, but it has been almost 24-hours since adding more IP's and more Switch ports, and I can't continue the configuration until these additional ports/ip's can be added. Can't add domain oputils.
Hello. I can not add AD Domain to OpUtils. The domain controller is available, the Administrator account is entered correctly, but when you add the domain, nothing happens, only the interface OpUtils ceases to be available for one minute. Where can I see the error in the logs? With respect and hope for the advice. P.S.: Of course remote administration on the domain controller in gpedit I turned. P.P.S.: ver 80011 trial on Windows 7 Ultimate. testing before buy.

Hello, I have scoured the forums and see that his has been a continual issue with 64-bit across all the Mange Engine products. However, non of the fixes I have read about from recent years have worked for me. ia32-libs has been removed and is replaced in functionality only by 3 other packages. There appears to be a new push for Multi-Architecture installations. Here is what I am seeing.... SNMP Clear on OpUtils
I have integrated WebLogic SNMP Trap Notification with Manage Engine Oputils, and I'm able to receive below SNMP Alert traps. The issue is, clearing the relevant SNMP Alert trap. Is there someone also know WebLogic, because, I am confused. Is the action is on WebLogic side or OpUtils side. Can someone please redirect me for clearing the below SNMP trap notification which is sent by WebLogic and recieved by OpUtils "SNMP Receiver" wls .1.3.6.1.4.1.140.625 10.100.x.xx 0 hours, 29 minutes, 27 seconds.

Testing out Oputils 8 and have imported about 140 switches into config file manager when going to the option to upload configs it shows that I only have 10 switches which I can upload a config to or even do for a bulk upload its missing 130 switches any help on how I can get the reset of my devices to show 1 - 100 / 140 Upload Config file to multiple devices Total Devices : 10
SNMP VLAN Issue
I am having an issue with OpUtils v7.0. The problem is in the switch port mapper it will display connected MAC, IP Address, and DNS name only for the default VLAN. Any device connected to a different VLAN it will only show what VLAN it is connected to, but nothing else. It is a Juniper ex4200 switch and like I said the default VLAN has all of the info, but the ports assigned to the other vlans only show the vlan ID and the name of the VLAN, no IP info or MAC info. Please let me know if there's any
