Hi, currently testing OpUtils and noticed that I have certain Cisco switches that only show ports that are active, but all unused ports are missing. This makes a 48 port switch a 17 port switch in OPUtils. Is there a way to manually add the missing and

Hi team, Could you please advise on the issue below? I have some amount of subnets thats show correct results about Used addresses. But one subnet (/23) displayed strange results. As per OpUtils this subnet fully utilized, all IP addresses in Used state.

How to Add Static IP Address ranges to OpUtils
Is there a way to add ranges of static IP addresses to IPAM in OpUtils. For some reason I only see DHCP IP addresses. I have several subnets where the a specific portion of range of IP addresses for those subnets are being provided via DHCP then obviously anything outside of the DHCP range are used as static. I would like OpUtils to manage those IP addresses as well instead of just the DHCP addresses which for the most part manage themselves.

Switches not appearing on switch port mapper addon
When discovering switches using opmanager discovery the switch is being recognized and added successfully, but its not available in switch port mapper, why? Is there a way for the switch to appear when scheduling a scanning task in oputils spm. Thanks

Network Configuration Manager SSH Connection Error
Hi, I am trying to configure NCM to connect to a Cisco 2960 Switche via SSH however when I test Credential it shows me that not even the 22 port is open. Publishin g IPAM and SPM are not working well - missing index.html files in the subfolders
the publishing functionality is not working because there is no "index.html" file in each subdirectory created when publishing, and the only way to access the reports is going to each folder in the installation directory /IPAMpublish/ and double-clicking the htm file created (as intance: 2017_07_10_17_32_58.html) Ihave installed the last consolided servicepack (June 20th) but this doesn`t resolve th IPAM asn SPM publish options
Network Monitoring Not Updating
I'm testing out the Network Monitoring feature of OpUtils. I have entered a server's IP and it shows the server as running. However, it keeps showing the server as running, even after the server is shutdown. The refresh period is set to 1 minute. Even after bouncing the OpUtils service, it continues to show the server as running. Please advise.
SNMP VLAN Issue
I am having an issue with OpUtils v7.0. The problem is in the switch port mapper it will display connected MAC, IP Address, and DNS name only for the default VLAN. Any device connected to a different VLAN it will only show what VLAN it is connected to, but nothing else. It is a Juniper ex4200 switch and like I said the default VLAN has all of the info, but the ports assigned to the other vlans only show the vlan ID and the name of the VLAN, no IP info or MAC info. Please let me know if there's any

Import of switches using CSV does not work in oputils
Hello I have been trying to import switches into Oputils using the bulk CSV file import but I had no luck Below a sample of my csv file: China,switch1,readonly,v1,China,,,,,,,, China,switch2,readonly,v1,China,,,,,,,, I'm using the format that is provided as sample in the CSV import form. Oputils Config File Manager SNMPv3 don`t work
Adding Cisco devices in Config File Manager with SNMPv3 don´t work for me. I have included the relevant mibs, configure the remote ip with the snmp engineid and creat a user for access. Everthing in the manual is done correctly but the Config File Manager will not work. When I add the same device with the same snmpv3 credentials in the switchport mapper the devices will discovered corecctly. I have capture the packets which the Config File Manager send. Apple and Printing Devices do not show DNS names or Device Types in IPAM
How can I get my apple products and printers (HP, Xerox) to show up in IPAM correctly? Right now, IPAM pulls the IP and MAC address but no names. I know they're not in my AD DNS but shouldn't they pull right from those devices? If I do an SNMP scan, the names are there.
SPM does not show any MAC or IP Addresses
I have a cisco SG300-28P switch and when scanning with SPM I get no MAC or IP addresses. I also have some Linksys SRW224G4P switches and those work fine. The Cisco are running FW 1.2.9.44

OpUtils Stacked Port Report
The Stacked Port Detail report only displays one MAC address per stacked port. How can I get the report to list all of the MAC Addresses for each port?
Interface status down after i select interface to monitor Bandwidth
After i have select interface for monitor bandwidth when i change to main page of bandwidth monitor it have show all interface that i select.All interface on this page show status down. IP Address Manager
Ive created custom colums in order to identify certain things in a IP/Host over a subnet. For example, username, date, hostname.. After next subnet scan this fields goes empty every single time, and after some researching we have found that the host IP is being removed and rediscovered each time. Why is this happening? Scheduled SPM fails frequently
Hi, in our environment the switch port mapper usually fails after one or two cycles. SPM is showing "Scanning...", but nothing happens. Also scheduled scans in another Switch group doesn't happen after that. We had the issue with 50018 as well, but it still isn't fixed in v6. Anybody experiencing the same? Regards GWHome

IP manager only shows Linux "Device Types"
Hi, IP manager can connect thru SNMP to windows and Linux Machines, but only the latter are shown in the Device Type field. My Oputils is running on a Linux host, so there is no WMI. Is there a way to show Windows Machines properly? VLAN names not updated
Hi, I recently updated the VLAN names of my switches but Switch Port mapper still shows the old names. My software is OpUtils 5.8000. Regards
Only the first MAC address from switch port mapper per port shows up in IP address area manager.
Hard to explain, but if I have multiple ip address's/mac address's connected to a single port on a switch (because the other end has a dumb switch, is a virtual server, etc), only the he first ip/mac listed in the switch port mapper section (the rest are listed when you click "more') will have that corresponding port listed in the ip address manager section. Does that make sense? Please advise.
Error when trying to scan subnets
If I right click on a a subnet under IP Address Manager, I get an error. Its a popup window that says "An error has occured", without any information next to tool name, message, root cause. If I click to create support file, the hour glass goes forever. Also noticed in the logs that the same device gets added and removed everyday.

Running OpManager and OpUtils on same server
