OpManager Defaulting to http://localhost:8060 When Viewed Remotely
OpManager is working fine when viewed on the server it is on. However, when I try to access it from any other box the url defaults to http://localhost:8060 even when I put in http://10.31.147.71:8060 This prevents the pages from loading. Is there a setting somewhere that I can make the url default to http://10.31.147.71 instead of http://localhost?
widget 'real time graphs for CPU' stops drawing somewhy
Hi guys, in my opinion OPManager is a great product, congratulations! I installed OPManager10 to monitor several Windows 2008R2 servers with SQL Servers, registered windows servers in OPManager, defined performance counters to monitor with WMI, created several dashboards and CCTV view. It worked fine for a while, but in time widget 'real time graphs for CPU' began to stop refreshing for 3 servers only somewhy, I mean after OPManager service is restarted 'real time graphs for CPU' draws CPU Usage
Monitoring ServiceDesk ticket volumes in OpManager
Hi, Is there anyway of monitoring ServiceDesk ticket volumes with a custom dashboard in OpManager? I have looked through Google without finding any answers, so thought I would throw it out to see if anyone on the forums knows a way of doing this? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Backup e Restore data from apmanager plugin
hi, I have installed opmanager with its plugin apmanager. what is the correct procedure to backup and restore the settings and monitors configured ON THE APMANAGER plugin? I tried with opmanager backup but does not save the data to the application. I tried it with the backup apmanager but it does not work and writes a file to 0 Kb There is a guide to follow?

Error when add new interface

Personally I was sad to see that a new UI is coming. One of the reasons why I chose OpManager in the first place was because of it's simple and intuitive UI. I like the old interface - I think it's straight-forward and very easy to get an overview of things. Configuration wise it's never difficult to find the settings etc. But am I the only one who will miss the old UI once it's gone?
Missing the Windows Service Monitors Tab

Hi, I have a perl script which gives me output for the number sessions per machine (for 4 different machines). If I add these to a widget I get 4 lines individually plotted, is there a way to stack these to get an area filled with different colors for each machine ? Regards, Ronald
Creating a custom script monitor template?
We have an HP-UX server that we need to monitor the contents of a log file on and alert when a condition is violated. We have the script to scrape the file, but I'm a bit puzzled as to how to enter the custom script monitor. Instead of just entering the command for the script(Which we have on the UX server), I have to replace the script name with ${FileName}. However, when the script executes it runs ksh: /usr/contrib/bin/OpManager_603_1387292495107, which isn't the file name. What am I missing?
How to disable the temperature notifications? (Cisco devices)
After updating to version 11, I am now getting notification emails about "Hardware Sensor Name : Switch 1 - Temp Sensor 2, YELLOW . Category : temperature. Current State : 2 - The sensor is operating outside the normal operating range" on Cisco switches. In the notification profile, I've disabled the alert for "when any Hardware in problematic condition", but I am still getting the email alerts.

Dear Support, I am new to ManageEngine, have a new site is ManageEngine solution, so is exploring to learn... There is a host service monitor, I added RDP (3389) monitoring point, it was working fine, later I had enter the threshold value, which might not supported however it was accepted and save, after this while click on Edit, it will shown as Error! Hi there, Build number: 10100 As the subject says. Any server that we've scanned and set the category as Domain Controller, will have the extra AD monitoring set up. How to set the template for that? I can't find that anywhere. Also, how to set a bulk "email me if C:\ is 95%full" notification kind of thing? Example, I have added 10 server 2008 and need them to auto-email if C drive is full. CMDB integration
Hi, We just installed opmanager 11.100 and I want to try the new CMDB integration. We already have the SDP integration working (tickets are submitted to SDP) but on the admin product add-in page the options for "Ticket re-open settings" and "Asset sync deatils" are not saved. The buttons "sync now" and "Test connection and save" do not work when clicked upon with the mouse (EI, chroma and FF same result). I can use TAB to go to the "Test connection and save" button and the opmanager says it saves
XenServer Monitoring possible?
Has anyone used OpManager to monitor Citrix XenServer? I'm guessing it can only monitor the typical snmp stuff. It would be nice to have an addon for XenServer. Has this been asked before? Thanks!

CPU does not appear while monitored using WMI
HI Team, we are using opmanager 10200 build .we are able to monitor more than 100 servers and components without any issue .we have problem with only one server while monitoring its CPU using WMI .I have verified the server for credentials both SNMP and WMI has passed .all other components like memory disk are being monitored without any issue but only CPU resource utilization fails even during test monitor .How ever am able to monitor the CPU using SNMP can anyone help me to find the root cause

ESX 5.5 issue ?
We have noticed that Opmanager is not keeping track of VMs properly. We recently upgraded to ESX 5.5 but it may of been happening before. If you drill down into one of the ESX hosts, the number of VMs at the top right is correct, but the listed VMs on the server are not correct and number of VMs does not match the top figure. This is happening on all the ESX servers we are monitoring. We are running the latest version of Opmanager.

Can you please add a link to the "device added successfully" page that will open the device I just added? This is just a small annoyance, but after adding a device, I have to search the IP address or name to find it. It makes more sense to just have the link right there. Thanks :)

Hello, I just upgraded to Internet Explorer 11 and now, when i use OpManager i get a lot of pop-ups with the message "Are you sure you want to leave this page ?" with option "Leave this page" (it opens my submap), with "Stay on this page" (dows nothing). OpManager Mount Point monitoring not showing accurate data
We are running the current version (10200) and followed the instructions to enable mount point monitioring (http://support.opmanager.com/sd/AddSolution.sd?solID=36001). But after that is done all drives (mount points and local disk) all show the same percentage open. For example we have an Exchange server that has 3 local drives and 14 mount points and all drives are showing are showing that they are at 75% capacity, when in reality their capacity varies greatly but some are nearing full. RAM is not automatically monitored
Hello. We have an issue with one of the monitored VM. RAM is not examined automatically, at the same time pressing "Test Monitor" in "Memory Utilization" monitor gives results without any issues. We tried to monitor the VM from different Probes, and got the same result. Any other "monitors" works fine for the VM (like CPU utilization, other) The build number we have on the Probes: 10200 Please let me know, what information I need to inform of, in order to solve this trouble. Problem adding ESXi hosts
Hi, We have a problem with our OpManager installation. I have scanned our network, and I have ended up with 4 ESXi hosts and a vCenter, in the Unknown category. When I'm doing a rediscovery, I get the error message: "Failed to connect the VMware HostWebService (Device may not be reachable / Credentials may be wrong)". I have verified and tried the following: 1) The server OpManager runs on, is able contact the ESXi hosts. 2) Firewall in ESXi is set to allow port 443 and server is not in lockdown
Associating database for Monitors
I have been testing OpManager for a deadlock issue that we have from time to time to see if the monitoring will help. I am having a hard time getting this to work on a few of the database servers. At first when I'd select the MSSQL under add monitor and i'd get an access denied. I got pass that part, but now when I try to click to associate the databases, the next screen only shows "Select all", but none of the actual databases, as I of course don't want to select everything... Any ideas on this

Hello, I have configured gmail for the mail server settings in the free version of OpManager (build 11100) but am not able to connect to gmail, I have followed the settings from another post but I still receive the error message below.
