OpManager9: Service Monitor - Edit Error!

OpManager9: Service Monitor - Edit Error!

Dear Support,

I am new to ManageEngine, have a new site is ManageEngine solution, so is exploring to learn...

There is a host service monitor, I added RDP (3389) monitoring point, it was working fine, later I had enter the threshold value, which might not supported however it was accepted and save, after this while click on Edit, it will shown as Error! (Refer to screen capture below)






After click on Edit for RDP, it will show Error! as below...



Question, how to rectify this issue?
