Opmanager Login - Remember Password, I would like this to NOT be checked by default
Hi we do not want passwords of any website to be cached on a users computer. Having to always uncheck it when I open opmanager in a web browser is annoying, and further, I would like to remove the "save password" option from the opmanager login on our install. Can you remove this from being the default option? I'm not asking you to remove the option, just not have it always checked by default. Security should not be the more difficult choice. Thank you
VMWare 5/5.5 guest name
Hi all, Anyone have any idea why my VMWare guest names are changing to something like this "%2fvmfs%2fvolumes%2f4f5941d4-77222e16-557b-984be1050848%2fCTX3%2fCTX3.vmx" after being vmotioned by DRS or HA? We are running vSphere 5.5, but it also occurred in vSphere 5. Opmanager 11100. I can change the names back and have done several times, but once a machine is vmotioned the name changes back again. Monitoring Azure VMs
Is it possible to monitor Azure VMs from an on premesis OpManager? Since the VM IPs in Azure are dynamic can you use hostnames? e.g myserver.cloudapp.net
At A Glance Reports for Multiple Devices
Is there any way to make the "At A Glance" report contain multiple servers? My Manager has asked for a way to monitor all of our SharePoint servers in a single report, instead of having to manually compile 4 reports in to one. But, at the same time, he wants to be able to see the graphs for each server's performance. Is there any way to customize the "At A Glance" reports? Or can a regular report have graphs added to it? I have tried creating a regular CPU report, but it does not show the graphs,

Can't clear alarms
Hi I'm running version 11200 and this morning I have come in and I can't clear any alarms. When I select an alarm and hit clear I get the message that the alarm has cleared but it is still on the screen. This is happening on any PC that I try. Also can't delete or acknowledge. I'm using MS SQL 10.50.2500.0 in a 2 node cluster which is working fine. Thanks.
Connecting to ServiceDesk Plus
Hi I'm trying to configure a Notification Profile to log a ticket in SDP. However when I try to add one I get a message that OpManager is unable to fetch values from ServiceDesk Plus. I have checked that the connection is working and it tests successfully. I have been through and removed a couple of special characters that had been added in some categories but I'm still not able to add this profile. Is there a way I can check to see what it doesn't like? I already have some alerts setup so it does

Barracuda Spam and SNMP
I noticed that opmanager has a template for the Barracuda Spam Firewall 400, but when I scan my Barracuda, it is registering as "net-snmp" as the vendor instead of associating the Barracuda template. When I manually edit the device and choose Barracuda > Firewall > Barracuda Spam 400, a few of the parameters such as CPU utilization and memory utilization work, but other things like "InBound Mail Queues" and "Used Disk Space" do not. disk usage report
When i run the disk usage report on our linux server it shows several diffrent .lzm files, and not the disk in full. Is there a fix for this?
iPad App
I downloaded the new iPad app and updated my system. Few things: 1) It looks very nice. smooth and relatively easy to move through. 2) Does not seem to support Active Directory log ins. Either I'm doing something wrong it it doesn't support it. 3) $50 to make the app useful!? Too much. While like many I prefer free stuff, I would give it great consideration for $20, but $50 should come with some lube.

HyperV guest discovery failed after update to 11.1
Hi, I recently upgraded to the version 11.1 of OpManager successfully. Everything seemed ok but I noticed a day or two later that it isn't picking up any of the guests on our HyperV servers. I have tried rediscovering and deleting and re-adding but none of these have made a difference. VMware hosts are still working fine.

Unable to Acces OpManager Web GUI - Recv 'download' File
I have a problem access OpManager Web GUI. After the server was rebooted, I noticed a problem access the OpManager Web GUI. When I enter the URL, I received a message from IE to download/open a file called 'download' or 'LoginPage.do'. I tried stopping and restarting the OpManager service. Quick question about OpManager Version 10200 WebGUI. I am having an issue access the WebGUI this morning. When I click or type the URL, I received download dialog box at the bottom of the Chrome. Checkpoint Firewall Interfaces
Hi All, My client has added two checkpoint firewall into OPM(v9101), everything goes well. However, client has recently added one add-cards(Gigabytes) into firewall panel. Then, rediscovering the status of firewall on OPM, we still find nothing new about interfaces yet. We has tried to delete the firewall on OPM and added it again. Hey guys. Is the the new API still beta in version 11.2? Please tell me it is because it pretty buggy. And its missing quite a bit compared to the original. Hi, I've just taken over an existing OPManager installation and I've noticed that the following directory has been filling up with hundreds of thousands of files; C:\Program Files (x86)\ManageEngine\OpManagerProbe\state\communication\highpriority In this location are "BUFxxxxxxx.dmp" and as I mentioned there are over 600,000 at the moment and growing at 20 per minute. OpManager and Servicedesk same machine
Hi Everyone, A long time ago I used to run OpManager and ServiceDesk Plus on the same virtual machine. There was something I had to change in the conf file though to get it to work. Otherwise what happens is OpManager keeps logging me out. I did a little searching but most of the posts I found are very old. Can this still be done with the newest versions of OpManager and ServiceDesk Plus? On an unrelated note, is there a way to change the email associated with this forum ID? I don't have the address
Alarms Not Clearing
I added my Cisco routers to the system and then setup the email notifications. To test the notification process, I modified the threshold on one of the monitors so that it would send me my test email. This process did work, but when I cleared the alarm and then turned off the threshold option, the system still states that a monitor is in error even though the router shows no alarms (Clear). Hi there, As the subject says. For example, a server has several network connected to it (different subnet of course), is there an easy way to somehow setup an email alert if the interface is down? HyperV guest discovery failed since 11.1 update
Hi, I recently updated to OpManager version. Since the update, the guest VMs on our HyperV servers are not showing in OpManager. I have tried re-discovering and deleting and re-adding the hosts but they still do not appear. Our VMware hosts are all still displaying fine. Has anybody else experienced this issue? Does anybody have a fix for it?
