Opmanager problem with user after logging

Hello,

I've tried Opmanager version 10.2 for my enterprise environment.
All my users have problem when they login to their local or domain users.
It is the same problem since trying both below scenario separately:
First I make several business views with different device accessibility and then
1. Add users in opmanager as local user with read only access to only the selected business views.
2. Add users in opmanager as AD user with read only access to only the selected business views.
All created users have the same problem when they login. Although I have tried several browsers, after they login they face the page is empty and some incomplete code created in heading or side of their web page. Attached is the snapshot of this page.
Greatly appreciate it if you kindly help me to solve this problem urgently
