Hi
I'm trying to configure a Notification Profile to log a ticket in SDP. However when I try to add one I get a message that OpManager is unable to fetch values from ServiceDesk Plus. I have checked that the connection is working and it tests successfully. I have been through and removed a couple of special characters that had been added in some categories but I'm still not able to add this profile. Is there a way I can check to see what it doesn't like? I already have some alerts setup so it does work.
