Alarms Not Clearing

I added my Cisco routers to the system and then setup the email notifications. To test the notification process, I modified the threshold on one of the monitors so that it would send me my test email. This process did work, but when I cleared the alarm and then turned off the threshold option, the system still states that a monitor is in error even though the router shows no alarms (Clear). A picture is provides showing the problem.

Using the same monitor as mention above, I attempted to reset the threshold back to the test value to try to get another notification, but now it will not send a notification for this monitor anymore. It seems that the alarm has not been cleared from all areas in the database.

How can I correct this issue?
