Hi, We are using Opmanager 11 . The issue : We got a device which we want monitoring its interfaces . When we click on "rediscovery " in the interfaces section we see all interfaces appears on the screen. We click on save and a message says : Selected Interfaces Changes wil be updated to(...)Continue ?. we click on "Ok" All perfect until here. Finally a message says " Interfaces added successfully " And we got this : Interfaces No interfaces are there for this device. ( we can repeat the same

Duplicate VM entries on Hyper-V cluster member
On our Hyper-V cluster we are seeing a number of VMs that show up twice: on with an IP address and one without. We have tried the following: Delete the entry with an IP address This results in two entries without IP addresses. We can add an IP to one or the other. Eaton UPS "UPS battery is low"
I have an Eaton 9355 with the ConnectUPS-X Web/SNMP card. OpManager 9101 is showing the alarm "UPS battery is low", however I believe this to be wrong. I can't see where the alarm is triggered as the Monitors are all normal. How do I correct/verify this alarm?

checkpoint MIBS for Gaia R77.20
Hi Support team, would like to monitor the checkpoint firewall GAIA R77.20 for the CPU/memory, and disk utilization. i have downloaded the the MIBs from checkpoint,however when i perform a snmp get from the MIB browser i am getting the following error Request failed or timed out. error unable to connect to mail server check port
I am trying to setup the mail server settings so i can get alert email. I can ping the mail server by name or ip and verified the port is active I used the telnet test telnet server 25 I get mail service ready. not sure why it will not take in optmanager. I dont have to use outside mail server name or ip, internal should work, I did not see on optmanagr where to check error logs?

CCTV View in SharePoint
so using an iframe combined with cctv view and embedding the user name and password into the url as outlined in this post: https://forums.manageengine.com/topic/viewing-cctv-or-dashboard-outside-of-opmanager#49000003898078 i am able to successfully embed a dashboard view into SharePoint for my users to look at. See my attached screen shot. The problem i have is my users are actually able to follow links in CCTV view, view other dashboards, individual servers, and even change server asset information!!!

Unable to add a Hyper-V host for Opmanager VM host machine
I have Opmanager installed as a VM running on Microsoft Hyper-V (Windows Server 2012 datacenter).I cant seem to add the host server that is hosting the Opmanager VM. It doesn't recognize. All other host server are added successfully except the server hosting the Opmanager VM. Any Help would be very much appreciated.
Importing Device Issue
Hi, We have an issue importing one particular device in OpManager. The Device is discovered correctly and Imported successfully but when I try to add the Device into a Map I cannot find the device at all. If I go back and try to Discover the Device it will be still Discovered but again it's not in the List when I want to add it to a map. Can anyone help please? Thanks a lot!
What type of query does the DNS service monitor issue?
Hello, I'm trying to monitor our DNS servers. They only allow DNS queries and they do not respond to ping. They also do not allow recursive queries. As such, we need to issue queries from OpManager only for domains which our servers are authoritative for. How can I customize the DNS service monitor so that it queries for our specific domains? Currently, the DNS services show as down even though BIND is running and operational. Also, is there a log I can view to see why OpManager thinks the DNS

Dear team , we purchased the license for opmanager essential version , with plug- in for netflow , Ncm , ipam , etc . my configuration was initially designed for enterprise . when I opmanager central and probe on the same server . I saw that you can not register the license by consolle of " probe " but only the " central " . if I register the license in the central console , also will keep my probe (only one ) in which they are installed all the plug -in , and these will be activated ? I want to get more insight in my network so I would like to enable the NetFlow plug-in in OpManager. I've installed the NetFlow plug-in on the OpManager server and it's listiging to port 9996. If I go to the NetFlow dashboard it says that there is no router configured to sent NetFlow packets to the NetFlow analyzer. Opmanager 11500 build general release yet?
Today I had my "about" opmanager window open, and saw the latest build information was filled in as 11500 with the link to download the new, which I did. I'm just back from lunch and notice it no longer says 11500, but says n/a, so I've looked at the announcements in the forum and don't see an announcement for 11500 build. Are you on the verge of a release announcement?
opmanager help zip file download -- not valid zip file

Notification for AD Event Errors only

My boss asked me to get Netflow Analyzer, for us to take for a test drive. So far on our opmanager server, I'm running > opmanager / Desktop Central / IPAM plug-in, and our 4 socket Duo-Core server is doing very well, not under stress etc. Of course we have a MS-SQL database back-end, so the cpu's are under any real stress. Anything I should be concerned with adding Netflow analyzer to this? At least for the trial.

Hi AdventNet, We are testing SD+ and would like to test the OpManager as well and check the integration with SD. Does it need to be installed in the same server as SD+ and do they need to share the same MySQL database? Also, what benefits can we get from integrating SD with OpManager? Thank you.
SMS server settings
We are using our Nokia 6320i for many years with OpManager. After the latest update (from 11300 to 11500) the server does not recognoize our phone. I noticed a new field: Baudrate. It's 0 at the moment but I've tried 9600. COM port is set to COM3 which was it before.
monitor a mailbox and raise an alert
Wondering if its possible, or even if its a good idea, if Opmanager can monitor a mailbox and raise an alert based on the content of the email, perhaps via a regex. I suspect like most companies, we subscribe to various external services that email status updates about themselves, if our IP's are on spam blacklists etc. I think it would be nice to get those notifications in as an Opmanager notification. Checkpoint graphs not showing
Hi, We seem to be having a problem getting the dial graphs working with our Checkpoint firewalls. If I add them as a firewall through the "Add Firewall" option it discovers the device as a Linux firewall and the dial graphs are all blank.If I change the Vendor and Type to Checkpoint they still don't work. Adding a Performance Monitor doesn't list CPU or Memory as options. If I rediscover the device it picks it up as a Linux server but changes the vendor to "net-snmp" and all of the dial graphs work

Changing SSL certificate
Hi, I have acquired a third party ssl and want to use it (I installed self-signed cert before that) But after making the required changes (generating keystore and adding certs to the keystore) I cannot start opmanager because it cannot connect with the web server. I configured ssl_server.xml as required also. What else is there to do?
Windows Server 2012- SNMP - Pagefile
Hi all, Been having an issue with getting OpManager to pickup any details on the pagefile in Server 2012. Tried using the default MiBs and looked around for some others but no luck so far. Anybody got any ideas on how to do this, trying to avoid using WMI for now but may resort to it if there is no SNMP solution. Ideally just trying to find out how much % is being used of the pagefile. BGP traps issue
Hi all, i've installed the last version of opmanager for testing the cisco bgp trap processor. i've imported all the necessary MIB imported that traps from the CISCO-BGP mib the issue is that only for bgp down opmanager issues alarm and alert ( with e-mail sending and so on ) but for bgp established ( bgp up ) opmanager fails to identify the trap at all. i have same issues with other snmp traps that are not default in opmanager ( wanted to monitor an UPS that is not in the default list, imported
How to customize mail alert in OPManager
Hello, I would like to customize mail alert sent by OP Manager, mainly the link attached in the alert pointing to the server. At this moment in the link the URL is referring to the FQDN of the server where OP Manager is installed. I would like to change this link in order to reflect the URL customized for our monitoring tools by replacing the server name with URL customized, which should be great in case of server replacement with another name. Opmanager will not start
Hello, I'm running Opmanager on a virtual machine in a Hyper-v setup. Something caused the host that this Opmanager server is running on to get turned off. I restarted the server and it came up fine.
