We are using Opmanager 11 .

The issue :

We got a device which we want monitoring its interfaces

.

When we click on "rediscovery " in the interfaces section we see all interfaces appears on the screen.

 

We click  on save and a message says : Selected Interfaces Changes wil be updated to(...)Continue ?. we click on "Ok"

All perfect until here.

Finally a message says " Interfaces added successfully "  

And we got this :

Interfaces No interfaces are there for this device.

( we can repeat the same operation a lot of time, interfaces are unable to save...) Help ^^
