Hi all, When i try to login to the web portal of OpManager at the IP: 10.10.1.10:8181 it keeps loading and then failing in the end, however login from localhost on the that machine works fine. what could be the issue. Thanks

Opmanager service stops running
We have 2 Opmanager servers running in failover with another server hosting the SQL database. Since last night, the manageengine service starts and directly stops on the opmanager server. On the other opmanager server, the service starts but stops working after a couple of minutes. The windows event log doesn't show any errors at all. How is it possible that the service stops working overnight?
Missing Operators for Thresholds on SNMP Monitor

OpManager 12.1 Enterprise - Vcenter auto discovery not discovering all of my VMs
I'm having an issue with VCenter auto discovery not discovering all of my VMs. My Vcenter server in OpManager shows I have 142 VMs VM auto-discovery is only finding part of those - this install 76, the last install 38, and the first time I installed it - 52 (these numbers are including my 15 ESX hosts). I called support about the issue yesterday and they wanted me to completely uninstall Central and the probe. Then reinstall both, apply the license, add credentials, then rediscover VCenter. If
Event Monitor OpManager 12200
We have an Event log Monitor that monitors a specific Event Log for a Specific Event and then alerts and sends out notifications. We had an issue yesterday where the event was created but OpManager did not pick up the alert. Even after recreating the event via powershell, OpManager did not pick it up. I fixed it by rebooting the OpManager server but i am curious if there is anyway, without Event log Analyser, to actually see the event log from within OpManager and see exactly what OpManager is monitoring..

V12.1 rediscovery is faulty
Hello For example i have discovered device MYCISCOSWITCH then it names the interfaces based on their description as you can see below in the picture Lets say I change the description of GigabitEthernet2/2 from TRUNK to ACCESS and then rediscover the device by using the tool you have integrated(see the picture below) then it remains GigabitEthernet2/2-TRUNK, but it should change to GigabitEthernet2/2-ACCESS The only chance to make this change work is delete this device and then discover it again.
Unable to log ticket to SD Plus
Running Latest version of OpManager 12.2 and SD Plus 9232 and seem to have an issue logging tickets. Every time I configure a notification to log a ticket, when I reach the step to name the profile I receive the following error: This API is used by OpManager for its internal operation, and you cannot access it. I configured the technician key, server, port, and credentials. Not sure why I can't get this to work. This used to work in all previous version for me.
Problem in Monitoring Windows Server 2016 and Hyper-V 2016 by OpManager v12.2
Hi, I am having problems with OpManager detecting that windows 2016 servers are Hyper-V enabled. I removed them from OpManager and again added all the servers to OpManager (with WMI credential) but they are being categorized as Windows10 and not virtual devices. Is this a known problem with a workaround?
device edit menu does not render properly in Chrome and Edge on Windows 10
Is anybody else having this problem where the device edit menu does not properly render so several of the options/buttons don't show including the actual Edit Device option? See attached screen shot. The buttons are hidden. I've see it render properly in yesterdays session with Edge where the buttons show up in two visible columns but not today. Today it shows like it always does on Chrome where you can't see all the buttons.

Hi, I've updated opmanager from 8810 to 8812 but I'm not able to update the netflow plugin from 8500 to 9000. The update process seems to not install any files and continue to run indefinitely (It run for about 1 hour without any reaction for the update window. Checking on NetFlow directory I see a update.log file with some errors inside: Unable to load Disk Space related native library. Servicedesk Plus and OpManager 12200 Integration
Good Afternoon We have a question concerning the integration of these two products, Is it possible to set the MODE within this integration so that we know the ticket came from OpManager? We have the integration working and only sends over tickets that need to be sent over but without this option the stats for MODE are almost worthless. Need to monitor latency or timeouts on network interfaces
Hello, I am getting reports from my application team that there is either latency or timeouts on the network. Opmanager does not allow to do connectivity checks shorter that 1 min, which is too long of an interval to identify such issues. How can I monitor either switch ports or servers to prove or disprove this claim?
Opmanager stopped sending "device not responding" alerts
Hello I am running opmanager 12.2. Opmanager suddenly stopped sending "device not responding" alerts to emails, but it shows in opmanager correctly in "Alarms" section when device goes not responsive to opmanager. I haven't made any changes to server lately except I installed site24x7 on-premise poller about a week ago and tried to use it. The pollers service/process has been in shutdown state for few days now and I can't uninstall it. I think that the on-premise poller installation messed opmanager

Sync asset name and details in SDP
Hi, I scan a switch in OpManager and edit device details like vendor, Category, RAM, etc in related form. I integrated OpManager with SDP, When I click on Sync Now button my asset imported in SDP, but my custom details like vendor, category,RAM, etc not imported and just add these IP without any details and put in unknown workstation category. What should I do? I want to use OpManager for assets discovery and integration with SDP. What's your solutions? Thanks

Ignoring specific event log errors
Hello, When monitoring the event log for a particular server, is it possible to check the box that monitors for all errors yet manually exclude certain ones? For instance, every time I RDP into a server, I get an error in the system log about a printer driver not being installed. The error itself is harmless, but I get an e-mail every time it happens because it shows up as an error. Any way to manually exclude this particular event?
customized report query
Hi, i would like to create a customize report containing devices temperature threshold violation for the past weeks, and this cannot be provided by the report from "any performance monitor" report, as it is only giving the max/min/ave from the certain period selected. my aim, is to generate a daily report of the threshold violation for temperature alone so we could know which times it is usually violated.

Hi, we got a new FAS 2520 last week. After configuring and testing SNMP-Credentials, I was able to successfully add the machine to Opmanager. Everything looks fine so far. One question though: The root volume of the aggregate is at "Volume used for root_vol is 90%, threshold is at 30%". 90% is normal for the root volume, but not for our other volumes, so: Is it possible to set different thresholds for different volumes?
