We had an issue yesterday where the event was created but OpManager did not pick up the alert. Even after recreating the event via powershell, OpManager did not pick it up.

I fixed it by rebooting the OpManager server but i am curious if there is anyway, without Event log Analyser, to actually see the event log from within OpManager and see exactly what OpManager is monitoring.. 

I am trying to investigate why OpManager did not pick up the alerts but am struggling at the moment.
