I am running opmanager 12.2.
Opmanager suddenly stopped sending "device not responding" alerts to emails, but it shows in opmanager correctly in "Alarms" section when device goes not responsive to opmanager.
I haven't made any changes to server lately except I installed site24x7 on-premise poller about a week ago and tried to use it. The pollers service/process has been in shutdown state for few days now and I can't uninstall it.
I think that the on-premise poller installation messed opmanager up somehow.
In short the alerts and alarms are working just fine but only opmanager isn't emailing "device not responding" anymore. I have tried restarting, recreating notification profiles.
How can I fix it?
