Suppress only particular type of alarm of a single device
Hi, I got a HP 3PAR device in my network and is added as managed device in OpManager 12. According to OpManager 3PAR device is generating Virtual Volume removed/added alarm. This happens for all the VVs in 3PAR every now and then. This is some sort of internal operation within 3PAR, not an issue. But OpManager raises alarm for these events. It just gets accummulated and filled in database without any specific counter action required. I want to suppress this particular type of alarm only. But it seems

Hello everyone, I have been working with Cyberoam UTMs in many projects, and a group of the SOCs where using OpManager to monitor their devices. Unfortunately, the device template provided by ManageEngine for these devices is totally corrupt. All information were shown in a wrong format and the output data was not reliable. There wasn't also any Input and Output performance monitor for these devices . The only OID is .1.3.6.1.4.1.21067.2 with following errors: 1. wrong CPU & Memory & Disk utilization

False Alarm Alerts
Hi, We have had Probable device failure: No response from device for last 3 polls alerts for devices in one of our offices, but I have checked and everything is reachable and running. feature request - event log alert description
now, when i setup an alert based on windows event log, when that event comes, the alert shows the whole text of the event, which is very long and most of it is not needed. it would be nice to be able to add to the event log rules, a description. for example : if i do i a rule for user logon, allow me to type a free text description of the alert, let's say "user has logged on". and if i want to go see the full details, i can do so.

i'm trying to find all sorts of queries in wmi and they are not on the list but i can get to them by the built in wmi query tool for example this one : select *from win32_networkloginprofile i don't see that on the list of wmi how can i add it so i can query it and make alerts based on that?

Hello everyone, I am using ManageEngine Opmanager as a monitoring tools and EventLog Analyzer as a syslog in a test environment to assesst compatibility, flexibility and also stability before purchase. My setup was almost done, when I found there is a new version available on Opmanager website. So I made a backup of configuration and Data(graphs and everything else). Hi, I use OpManager 12.4.079. Since Friday, I have been constantly received alarm: "Monitoring stopped. Only few devices are collecting data. Check "Devices/Monitors by DataCollection Failure" widgets under System Performance Dashboard to analyse the problem". I restart the server or service, the program works two hours and again the same message arrives. How can I resolve this issue? My infrastructure remains without monitoring and this is very critical to me.
