Is it possible to set the threshold alert setting per database? I've got database which a very small (couple of MB) to larger (Gigabytes). I don't want to use the same threshold to all databases. I prefer to set a threshold per database

List of setting monitor file not expand.
I have a problem with the advanced setting of monitor file, if i click on arrow this not expand and i cant set the configuration setting. I try reintall the opmanger on different server 2003 but the problem persist. I have found this problem with 9200 version. Before this version this setting go on. Monitoring IPSEC SA Errors with OpManager
Hi, I have an ASA5520 that terminates 5 IPSEC VPNs and every now and again there is a problem where one SA rekeys improperly and needs to be cleared manually. Usually we do not know about the bad SA needing to be cleared until users call complaining about no service. I don't see a specific monitor for the ASA which allows it to monitor tunnel health. I've installed the CISCO-IPSEC-FLOW-MONITOR-MIB.my which contains the drop statistics I want to monitor... How can I configure OpManager to monitor

And we have 5 Windows 2008 servers to be monitored. • The usage monitoring CPU, have set the "Processor Information \% Processor Time._Total" of WMI class • The threshold setting: >90 the "number of consecutive 5" •OpManager has stopped to 06:00 to 07:00 every day Right after Opmanager service restarted, some server reports the CPU monitor value wrong. How to install OpManager if AppManager is already installed on same server?
Hello, Well, the title says it all. I have a server with Applications Manager 10 installed, and since it is a powerful server I want to install OpManager on it as well. Is there any prerequisites, precautions, etc.? Applications Manager is using MySQL. P.s., I'm planning to install OpManager as a bundle (OpManager + NetFlow + NCM) so there any additional advice for me? Thanks in advance!

hi 1-Why i cannot choose more than one category for ( Report,business view, notification... )? 2- why i cannot select multi device when creating maps to easy move more than one device? 3- why i cannot move the devices when creating maps with arrow key to easy put the device in accurate place? 4- When i put the cursor on the any devices when creating maps, there is no info about the device showing, it is just the name of the device, if i have more than one device with same name its confuse me? thanks

Next Release with dynamic ip address support
Hello, I would like to know if you plan to add the possibility of using a host name to a dynamic ip address, in future release. Because, as I tested and saw in others topics, OPManager resolve the host name and only store the ip address in his database. So it will not work with dynamic ip address. Thank You.

Hi We have 2 different data center that are one the dr site for the other. Until now I've connected to OpManager only sex on the first datacenter because I don't know what will happen when I will put in the second. In the second dc there are replica vm for VMware SRM and I would like to know what OpManager will do with those vim. Those are switched off but have the same name of the live vm? Does OpManager recognize those SRM vim in some way?

How to monitor individual information stores with Exchange plug-in?
We have five mailbox DB's on the server. I would like to monitor the size and availability of each mail store DB and logs. I need to see each mail DB separately and how much space each is using. I would like a breakdown of the user logons, read/writes and messages sent/received per mailbox DB. Also, I can't find any way to monitor the Exchange log files. I have Exch2010 (and OpMan 9.2 with Exchange plugin). Thanks

hi i have big problem when i install standby server i get the error "error while configuring server" when i telnet the 13306 port of primary server from standby server i get the flowing error "N♦Host 'mon-standby.rasana.ir' is not allowed to connect to this MySQL server" what can i do ?

Hi, Is there a log showing if the Downtime Scheduler job has actually done what you asked it to do? Running Redhat Linux 5 on my test system. Disk IO on sda is described by this oid: .1.3.6.1.4.1.2021.13.15.1.1.4.17 (writes in bytes) .1.3.6.1.4.1.2021.13.15.1.1.3.17 (reads in bytes) When I get the value by hand (snmpwalk) it comes back as 234949468431 in bytes. / 1024 / 1024 turns it into MB, about 234949MB, or 235GB. problem in configuring the standby server
I am getting an error "primary server is not running on the host/port". server1 - primary server server2 - standby server port - 80 When I am configuring the standby server it is giving me an error 'primary server is not running on the given host/port'. I can telnet the port 80 of server1 from server2. please help

Buffer and cache showing zero's
We just turned on the MSSql module and all the data seems to be reporting fine but the fields: Buffer Cache Hit Ratio Cache Hit Ratio are both reporting 0 for their numbers and there are some zero's for other fields as well but most have data. Such as buffer: Buffer Cache Hit Ratio 0 % Page reads per sec 18 /Sec Lazy Writes per sec 0 /Sec Also here is Memory Excess Total committed memory needed 0 KB Granted WorkSpace Memory 0 KB SQL Cache Memory 32032 KB Now I have about 6 other SQL server

Need Comparison of Disk Utilization & Partition Details Monitors
Hello-- I did a quick search online and within the OpManager user's manual and I can't seem to find a definition of an application of two monitors. As an example, on a Windows server/device, if I have the option of having a monitor set for Disk Utilization of drive C: and Partition Details of drive C: would I ever want to opt for both? Why? Hi there, We were able to get our ESXi hosts discovered and monitored in OpManager, alongside with the guests that run on top of them using the root account. Now we would like to get rid of the root account into OpManager and instead use a read-only account. Can you please advise how we would accomplish this?
