Unable to get data out of fortigate firewall
Hi , can any one help me with adding fortigate in to the Op Manager, I have already uploded the 2 MIB files from for the Fotigate series and also the INET mib file. But the OpManager just displays availability and the response time. Any help is highly appreciated. Regards, Fataz

Hello, I would like to know how I can edit the printer category to add some monitors ? I create 4 monitors in "Canon Printer" template. I want to create the same monitors in "HP-Printer" template but I can't do this because the name of the monitor is already use. And if I add a new monitor in "HP-Printer", I don't see my custom monitor that I created for "Canon Printer". Help me please :) Regards, Delatte K.

APC 7960 switched rack pdu
I am trying to monitor several AP7960. When I discover them, they are type APC AP7830. The only interface is 'lance'. I created a template and queried the device - which returned... .1.3.6.1.4.1.apc.products.system.masterSwitch.masterSwitchrPDU but if I rediscover the device - it returns to AP7830. I only want to monitor current, I have added .1.3.6.1.4.1.318.1.1.12.3.5.1.1.4 under system OID, and under Monitors (which is correct?) Even though I don't think it is needed, I tried OID for each a

Hi My windows server running multiple NT services that have snmp agent, Each of them listener to different port. Counter32 to absolute value
Greetings, I'm trying to get the total amount of printed pages into a graph on the website. The type of value returned using MibBrowser is Counter32. When I use the "Pages printed" monitor, it doesn't display any data. When I test the monitor I get a value of 0. In MibBrowser it's 60124. Is there any way to get this value into OpManager? Hi, Is there a way to configure multiple thresholds in a bulk for VM guests? Or to bulk change the default thresholds for the VM hosts that monitors the CPU, Memory, etc. of the guests?
Avaya ERS Platform SNMP query for Memory Utilization from Free Memory Percentage
The Avaya ERS platform provides % free memory from oid ".1.3.6.1.4.1.45.1.6.3.8.1.1.9", this value will return 98, or whatever the percentage of free memory is. I can't figure out how to go from free memory to memory utilization. I would do (100-.1.3.6.1.4.1.45.1.6.3.8.1.1.9) but the query doesn't respond - it appears that OpManager requires oid first. Using (.1.3.6.1.4.1.45.1.6.3.8.1.1.9-100) also doesn't respond - it appears OpManager doesn't like negative values 98 - 100 = -2. How do I enter this?

Dell PowerConnect 62XX MIB Problem
I am trying to compile Dell PowerConnect 62XX MIBs for upload in OpManager. Hi I'm trying to change the Utilization threshold for multiple interfaces on a switch and I'm having trouble doing it. I have been to Admin - Device Templates and select the correct template but there is no way to edit the threshold that I want. Can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks.
Performance Monitor
I have created a performance monitor for a QNAP device, when I attempt to click the monitor to view 'Free Disk space' for example it is not a clickable link. If I edit the monitor and click the test button it works and shows the the relevant information.

Dell PowerVault SAN Template
Has anyone succesfully created a template for a PowerVault MD3000i, 3620i. I have obtained the dell storage mibs, but when I attempt to create a template I get an error reporting 'Device cannot be reached check the SNMP parameters'. This is despite them being correct. Fortigate 300C device template with new performance monitors
Hello: I just installed the OpManager 10 on windows to test monitoring of a fortigate 300 C box. I created a new device template because the OIDs for the performance monitors on the Fortigate 300 or 300A templates did not match the correct OIDs to get the CPU, Memory and Session count info for the 300C box. Everything works fine, I can do the polls via SNMP, I receive the traps, etc., but a "cosmetic" issue happend. The dial graphs for CPU, Memory and Session Count said "No Data Available". I googled
Amending the default Response Time (in ms) monitor
We are running OpManager 11.1 build #11100. I want to setup a response time alert to apply to all our routers which do not currently have SNMP enabled. Hi, I have a physical Domain Controller that has the following Vendor : Microsoft Category: DomainController Type: HP ProLiant Servers and it has no option to add WMI. Trying to create a template for ITWatchdogs Watchdog15 but getting a units error
I imported the MIB, found the OIDs that we need for monitoring and created a template. For some reason the temperatures come off missing a decimal point. For example, 75.5 F comes out as 755 F. I checked it again with the MIB browser and it shows: internalIndex.1:-->1 internalSerial.1:-->070004A3F58477C3 internalName.1:-->WatchDog 15 internalAvail.1:-->1 internalTemp.1:-->777 internalHumidity.1:-->31 internalDewPoint.1:-->447 Any thoughts?

Error uploading MIB to MIB browser
Hello. I have trouble uploading a mib file to MIB browser. I get error saying, "Error parsing MIB:AIRSTATIONPRO-SNMP-MIB.mibException while loading MIB:Could not parse the file E:/OPMANA~1/./mibs/AIRSTATIONPRO-SNMP-MIB.mib. The error occured at the line no: 6 ,column: 22. Module name should start with the uppercase letter.(and usually contains no lowercase letters)." I see line 6 but I can't find reason causing the error. Could anyone help me fixing the error on this file?
Hardware status
Dear Opmanager, I have a new HP DL580 G7 server and i want to monitor the internal disks for failures. I have downloaded the latest MIB's from HP and copied them into the MIB folder of the Opmanager server. The server is allready in Opmanager , how do I load the MIB in Opmanager and add i.e. the hardware I'm interested in ?
