Dell PowerConnect 62XX MIB Problem

Dell PowerConnect 62XX MIB Problem

I am trying to compile Dell PowerConnect 62XX MIBs for upload in OpManager.  I have used two MIB compilers and received the following error when I attempt to browse the MIB:

Error parsing MIB:FASTPATH-SWITCHING-MIB.smidb
Exception while loading MIB:Not a valid MIB file : C:/MANAGE~1/OPMANA~1/./mibs/FASTPATH-SWITCHING-MIB.smidb

I will attach the MIB files that I downloaded from Dell for my current firmware version (3.3.5.5).
