Has anyone succesfully created a template for a PowerVault MD3000i, 3620i. I have obtained the dell storage mibs, but when I attempt to create a template I get an error reporting 'Device cannot be reached check the SNMP parameters'. This is despite them being correct. I am querying the device on the management IP address, which is accessable from my machine, and from the server running OpManager.
