I want to setup a response time alert to apply to all our routers which do not currently have SNMP enabled.

Within each device snapshot it is possible to edit the following response time threshold settings:

Monitor Name: Device

SNMP OID: 2.2.1.16

I have added the same monitor to the device template using the add bulk monitor  but as SNMP is not enabled this does not give me any output.

In theory I could modify the above threshold on all 100 routers but I'd like to be able to do this globally if possible without SNMP.
