Hi, I have been facing the problem about Technician Group, When I changed the technician from group A to group B, the technician can't view thier old tickets on group A because these tickets can view by technician from group A only. This problem can solve by manually edit group from edit request page. However, I have a large information to correct and I can't manually correct them. Real Time Traffic Glitch - CCTV
I have 5 real time traffic Graphs in a CCTV View. Since Upgrading to the 9000 build, the real time graphs will flicker really bad. I have changed the refresh times and everything. Any suggestions? Happens in Firefox and IE

ev_temp problems again
Hi, I updated to build 4134 last week and I'm starting to see a build up of files in the ev_temp folder again, and we are not receiving some of our reports via email. One report did work but didn't show logins for half of the day. Any ideas or is there another update? Thanks Jeff

Hello, I am getting an error when trying to deploy software from a network share. The share has the "Everyone" permission, so the agents can Read, Execute and list files in the directory/share. I have also verified (using Start->Run) that the command line arguments I entered in to the Configuration can be successfully executed from a machine running the desktop central agent. What have I missed? The error occurs when the agent attempts to ChangeDirectory, this error causes the installation to fail.
Definitive Guide to the Remote Control function
I'm having trouble making the Remote Control function of the SDP. I'm using version 8.0.0 build 8015. Some of my technicals do not have administrator permissions on the machine and these, when they try to control a machine, the request appears to the remote host but after after acceptance nothing appears on the technical. SSH keys not synchronizing to HA secondary server
I've noticed that ssh keys are not being synchronized between the primary and secondary servers when accounts are created and removed. The only time they seem to be synchronized is when ./HASetup.sh is run during HA setup. Is this a known issue? Does synchronization of this directory need to be done outside of PMP? Thanks
Upgrade from PMP 6302 to 6303, wont start java .sql.SQLException error
Hello, I have followed the upgrade steps to upgrade PMP from 6302 to 6303 in order to ultimatly upgrade to the newest version of 6402. Once I complete the upgrade pack it says to start the PMP server, however it will not start. A reboot also does not seem to help. I keep getting the same erro in the wrapper.log file. problem with trial version (error when assigning roles)
Dear support, we make an installation of latest trial version of password manager. Imported users from AD, but we cant do 2nd step (assign roles) We recieve simply error while processing request. URL monitors stop working
Hi. We have several URLs being monitored by OpManager but after a few days of adding them they randomly stop being managed (not all at the same time). If we choose to manage them they are fine for a few days (or sometimes weeks) but then break again. See the screenshot to see what happens. report data unreliable after upgrade to NetFlow Analyzer 9.5 build 9500
Following my upgrade to the recently release Build 9500 update, my reports have become unreliable. I've seen a number of odd issues, such as: some reports have a new title when displayed, something like Aranajam data is inconsistent. e.g. a report with certain criteria with a time frame of the last 24 hours shows 12 flows, but if you change the timeframe to the last hour, and regenerate the report, it shows 279 flows (which is probably the correct number). Support Center - Unable to import from Active Directory
Hello. I am using SupportCenter Plus (version 7.5.0 build 7512) and don't seem to be able to use the Import from Active Directory option for Support Reps. It used to work but now it doesn't. When I choose the OU to import it just sites there forever saying 0% Completed... Imported 0 of 0 Contacts - see attached screen shot. Any advice or suggestions welcome. SNMP v3 Opmanager and Nortel/Avaya
Hello, I have over 200 Nortel/Avaya switches, mix of 5500 and 8600. I am moving all these to SNMP v3 as part of our PCI compliance. I have created new credentials in Opmanager to reflect v3. When i update a device with the new credentials, it fails , when i try to "rediscover now" again it fails. the only way i seem to be able to get Opmanager to use V3 credentials correctly is if i remove the device using RemoveDBEntries.bat, restart Opmanager Server and re-discover the device.Then it works fine
Netflow plugin becomes unavailable
We are starting to have an issue where the Netflow plugin stops and no flows are being processed. We have to restart the OpManager service to get it going again. We are on the latest version of both OpManager and the Netflow plugin. We also have the NCM plugin. All are running on the same server running Windows 2008 R2 with 8GB RAM. Opmanager login error after upgrade
Yesterday I upgraded Opmanager from 7200 & above to 8050. While the installations didn't end with an error, I started receiving "Oops looks like a few tables got corrupted. Don't worry.. Run RepairDB.bat from bin directory and restart the server" errors when I trying to login. I tried repairdb many times, with no error messages, but that didn't solve the issue. I found log files in \logs directory that includes many errors as below. What should I do to repair this issue. I only have the conf folder
Scheduled SPM fails frequently
Hi, in our environment the switch port mapper usually fails after one or two cycles. SPM is showing "Scanning...", but nothing happens. Also scheduled scans in another Switch group doesn't happen after that. We had the issue with 50018 as well, but it still isn't fixed in v6. Anybody experiencing the same? Regards GWHome
Automatic Close stopped working after upgrade
Currently running 8.0.0 Build 8017 Requests are set to close after 2 days, however this automatic rule has stopped working .. It seems to have stopped working since upgrading to latest version of ServiceDesk plus. I've confirmed under 'Request Closing Rules' that the 'Close Requests After' is set to 2 days, however requests that were resolved on Friday (04/11/11) are still sitting at 'Resolved'. Thanks!
IPGroups Order By Traffic
Hi, We've seen this throughout a number of versions and doesn't yet seem to be fixed. When we're in the IP Group view we cannot order by actual IN / Out traffic. When trying to order by traffic it does not differ between bps, kbps and mbps properly, i.e. it will list like: 107Mbps 90Mbps 87bps 10bps 5Mbps Ordering by actual utilisation is fine, however, utilisation is of no use to us. DC Team, I am having a strange issue trying to utilize patch management to update my workstations from Java 1.6.0.26 to 1.6.0.29. No matter how I configure the upgrade, the end result is Desktop Central reporting the patch was applied successfully. However, the machines still still have only 1.6.0.26. Shipping/billing address size limit in Purchase
The last Mac browser that allowed me to enter more than 30 characters in the Shipping Address and Billing Address fields when creating a new PO was Firefox 3.6.23. Chrome, Safari and newer versions of Firefox do not allow more than 30 characters to be keyed or pasted into those fields. Firefox 7 on Windows also has the problem. Explorer 8 seems to be fine. This is true for Service Desk Plus 7 and 8. any idea what's going on, and when a solution will be available? thanks

When I try to make a new Notification Profile Rule for sending mails alerts, in a device (Add Profile > Select a Notification Profile > Define Criteria > Apply this profile during the below mentioned time window), I define From 18:00 To 08:00, all days, but this rule does't work after 23:59. Buttons gone after upgrade
I recently upgraded to the latest version of Service Desk as I was having problems with using Firefox 7. I`m managing a company with 150 workgroups over 150 subnets. I have created a configuration i want to deploy to these workgroups. Next step is to add targets to the configuration. My problem is: since i have 150 workgroups. I have to add them one at a time. And since it`s not possible to make groups of computers across workgroups. I`m for the moment better of running psexec. Hello! I downladed trial version of NetFlow Analyzer 8.6.8600 for test purpose. I activate NBAR on Tunnel interface my Cisco router ((C3845-ADVIPSERVICESK9-M), Version 12.4(22)T). I configure custom NBAR protocols on my Cisco Router by followed commands: ip nbar custom cifs tcp 445 ip nbar custom rdp tcp 3389 ip nbar custom kaspersky tcp 13000 When i use command show ip nbar protocol-discovery on my Cisco Router i see statistics for this protocol, but in NetFlow Analyzer 8.6.8600 i see this traffic
Interface tab with no data
Hi. I just added a Catalyst switch with snmp v.3 configured. The cpu and memory monitors were set ok. But there's no interface at interface tab. I tried to rediscover them, but nothing happens. At Actions / Configure Ports menu, i see the interface list. All of them is there. But still nothing at interface tab. I went to the MIB browser and tried to get the information. It was list with sucess. Any help? I got 10 more switches to add, but i'll only do that if i can monitor all the interfaces. Thanks.
Netflow Plugin No Longer Recognizes License
Since upgrading the netflow plugin from 8500 to 9000, it no longer recognizes our license and restricts us down to monitoring the default 2 interfaces.
