Hello,

I have followed the upgrade steps to upgrade PMP from 6302 to 6303 in order to ultimatly upgrade to the newest version of 6402.  Once I complete the upgrade pack it says to start the PMP server, however it will not start.  A reboot also does not seem to help.  I keep getting the same erro in the wrapper.log file. See Below:

Has anyone ran into this problem before, or know how to solve it?
