OpManager Log file nmsout.txt growing extremely large
Hi nmsoutxxxx.txt log file in OpManagerProbe/logs is growing as I watch into megabytes and then gigabytes. Also sometimes a very large nmsoutxxxx.txt (as large as 5 GB) suddenly appears in the logs folder. This is quickly filling up my hard disk and then the OpManager page doesn't load. I stopped the OpManager service, deleted all log files and started it, but it didn't fix it. Also nmsout.txt has very long lines (see the attached file) 1) What is logged in nmsout.txt log files? 2) Is there a way

When sending an announcement, it never displays on the selected users.. if you go back into the announcement and show execution status, it shows as announcement expired even though it is within the start time and end time of the announcement..

Problem with default login
HI there, we just installed Netflow Analyzer on Windows Server 2012 r2 with default settings. After setup has been finished successfully the webseite http://localhost:8080 opens where i should login with Admin/Admin. The problem is: the default credentials do not work. Chat window disappears in Windows 8
Chat window seems to work fine in Windows 7, but not in Windows 8. It pops up, but then disappears. Is this a known issue that is being addressed? I am on the latest DC-MSP build.

Hi, We are experiencing a problem when attempting to reply to one of our client's emails. The error message we receive is "Please enter proper E-Mail ID". Having done some investigation, we believe that the problem is caused by the format of the email, which is valid, but doesn't appear to be recognised as valid by SC+. The email in question starts with an underscore "_" in the email address. This has been tested in 7910 and is showing the same limitation. Regards, Andy

Hi, I set the SLA for Service Requests like below. However, it doesn't seem to be assigned to any Service Requests submitted and the Dueby Date for the request is not changed. Disapearing populated fields
Is anyone having a problem since the update to 6162 with auto populated fields disappearing after they've been populated? I'm getting complaints from a few of the help desk techs that create our user accounts. They say the problem is intermittent. When they are creating a user account using our templates the Full Name and Display Name fields auto populate properly but then the information in the fields disappears afterward. They say that it takes a number of tries before it works properly again

Hi, I recently had a situation where I needed to rename a folder on a bunch of computers. I had 2 folders that I was working with: Folder and FolderNew The rename was supposed to work like this: Folder --> FolderOld FolderNew --> Folder I used the Configuration for File Folder Operation. I entered in my renames as they appear above. I then saved my configuration. When I went back in and checked, Desktop Central had reversed the order of the folder rename so it looked like this. Upgrading to SDP Build 9003
I have been running Live with SDP Build 9000 and would like to upgrade to 9003 but every time I download the upgrade file and try to run the UpdateManager, an error message pops up informing me that the file is either corrupt or there is not enough disk space. I did my original download on March 13 and have downloaded a few times since then in case the file was updated. I have checked security settings and the file is not blocked by Windows. I have disabled AV software to make sure that is not blocking

Hi, I am trying to setup a test environment on Windows 7 with SQL Express 2012. I was able to install 8214 successfully and run it withe empty database. I was able to restore my production .data file on to this test instance. I ran "run.bat" in the bin folder to start Service Desk and I got a message that tells me, Server started..... Connect to htttp://localhost:8080/. When I open this on web browser, I get page not found message. I tried to access the same from another computer, on the same network

Hi! SDP Version: 9.0 Build 9003 Hosts accessible via vSphere client. Accessing its https://ipaddress shows the usual ESXi welcome page. In SDP, I've created VMware credentials. Upon scanning the server via Vmware, the following error shows up when using both credential were used: Connection to SSH Service in the workstation failed. ESXi 5.0.0 scanned normally. Unable to close or move dialog box
I have a dialog box that is displayed whenever I open up Password Manager Pro that will not go away. This only seems to be happening in IE 11. As you can see from the screen shot this is a problem since I am not able to see or copy the first password in my list. I can see what I need by shrinking the screen which moves this dialog box to another location and out of the way.
Domain agent just logging - NO_JOBS
I have installed a domain agent on a domain controller. The resource is imported into PMP, but no matter what credentials i use, i just get NO_JOBS after each agent ping A password reset or verification from the PMP website triggers a "task", but nothing is returned and the log say NO_JOBS

Hide Admin Page Login Page Issue
I have found that when I hide the Admin login page, the section where a user enters their credentials is missing. If I hit refresh, the credentials section now displays but the rest of the customized login page is gone. Here is the initial look when hitting the page. We installed ADSelfService Plus 5.0 build 5041 and started rolling it out to the users. We found that after the users enrolled, the Proxy server setting in IE was unchecked letting them free access to the internet. Has anyone else seen this?
Backup Loops After Upgrade to SerivceDeskPlus 9

Business Rule Criteria Group IS None not working
Is there an ETA on this problem SD-47197 When a business rule with criteria as group is 'none' is executed it does not apply any action. Whereas if the criteria is level is 'none' then action applies. We are trying to get our SDP installation up and running and were looking to create a rule for all new request that do not have a group assignment and assign them to a default group. Of course, with this bug, we are stuck.
