Un-Able to set requestor as Service Request approver
I need to be able to have selected requesters have the ability to approve service requests. We have the enterprise version and the check box is there and checked but greyed out. And they are not approvers. Even though the greyed out check box is checked.
I need to be able to give them this permission and should be able to.
All assistance appreciated.
