How do I setup redirection from HTTP to HTTPS?

<web-resource-name>Secured Core Context>/web-resource-name>
should be:
<web-resource-name>Secured Core Context</web-resource-name>
Also,

Edit the web.xml file and search for the content below and add the lines in bold / highlighted.
