Adding new requests via the API, and using a custom request template
I am attempting to set up some custom fields, and register new tickets with the API. Using the default template works in the example below, but when attempting to use my custom template "Kansas - Websales" i get the error shown. Why would i get this error? I am not attempting to assign this to a technician during creation. Just trying to get it created under the right group with my custom fields.
User unable to login to Self Service
Hi, We have 1 user who is unable to login to self service. The screen just flickers and goes back to the logon screen. I have deleted and recreated their account, resent the enrolment email but they still get the same error. When we first moved to self service there were a few people who had the same issue and there was a fix issued for this to my colleague. I cannot ask that colleague what this was and so please can someone advise? Thanks, Charlotte
Users getting locked out after 1 failed attempt.
We are creating users in our AD and providing an initial login and password. They are then required to login to AD self service plus to enroll and change their password. User accounts are getting locked after one failed password. AD is set to 3 failed attempts, and the users do not have anything else connected since this their first time logging in. Please help.

Cannot assign technicians using IOS 4.1.3 app
I cannot assign technicians to tickets using IOS 4.1.3 version of servicedesk app, saying something about my API key. However, the android version I can assign tickets just fine.
When clicking on a report, page doesn't scroll up automatically?
I am not sure if this is a bug but when I am in the report module and I scroll through the folders and click on a report I want it executes the report but it don't automatically bring me to the top of the page to see the report, I have to manually scroll up to see the report. This is confusing a lot of end users as when they click on a report, they expect something to happen but they call the helpdesk saying all they see is a blank page. Domain Filtering during Login not working properly
Support, I've noticed an issue where if "Allow dynamic user addition when the user is not imported in the application" is enabled, "Allow Domain Filtering during Login" does not work. When I have my settings set as the following When I put a username into the login, it does not populate the domain When I turn off "Allow dynamic user addition when the user is not imported in the application" the domain name will then populate based on the user account This does not seem like it is working properly.

We've experienced this issue with prior upgrades and support has requested we send logs each time which we've done. I do not believe anything has been done to address the issue but we sorely need it corrected for our users. Version 9.3 Build 9308.

Just started receiving messages from users whom are attempting to approve a request. They are able to open the approval link but are unable to save their action. We do have a https redirect configured through our load balancer so all http links get re-routed as https. Tried using incognito mode and safari/chrome to test but receive similar error messages. Room Mailbox usage report : Working hours / Room Name
Hello! First of all, thank you for all those great tools ! I'm looking into using the "Room mailbox usage" report, and i'm getting confused with the values that are given. It seems that the occupation times / % are not based on the working hours set for each room mailboxes, therefore, the statistics are not relevant.. sadly I don't have users booking meetings at 2am ;) Also, I'm not able to display the room mailbox name, but only it's UPN/EmailAddress. And I can't add/remove columns in the report.
One user two entries as Technician in dropdown
I have one user that is showing up twice in the dropdown as a technician, but when I look in the admin tab, he is only showing once. We are on Version 9.3 Build 9308. He is also not receiving emails.

Hello! We often use "hold on" requests. It`s very comfortable. And we use "The planned changes to the state". But it is not work at last time :( For example, request should open at 13:00 17/02/2017, but right now 13:10 and request still "hold on". And thats happen really often, with all requests. I think it happened after update to 9.3.0. Right now we use 9.3.0.1
converting service to an incident
If I try to convert a Request to an Incident, the field Description will be delete. So all the text wrote from the user will be delete. Thanks Regards
Scheduled Status Change build 9308
It seems after upgrading to build 9308, the schedule status change is not working again. I know this was an issue in an earlier build that was fixed recently, but seems it is broken again as our status changes are not occurring per the scheduled time set.

Report Row Spacing Changed?
I'm moving reports from SDP 9218 to 9302 and noticed there seems to be a different in the row spacing for each item. See the photos below. I'm running the same query with each report, just on a different version. I think the reports we were getting looked much cleaner than having a bunch of empty white space. SNMP Scan in Assets
Hi, I've updated to 9307. I can no longer scan network devices via SNMP, tried routers switches and firewalls. When I try, I select the appropriate the community name as the credential (which used to work just fine) and it returns a fast, after 1sec or less, "FAILURE :Cannot connect to SNMP Agent." I can scan these same devices via SNMP from the Windows desktop of our ServiceDesk server so it's not network rules, it's something within ServiceDesk itself. Please help. Thanks!

I'm currently running a trial/evaluation copy of v9000 to learn it. I've noticed where if I use RDP Using Domain Account under Remote Connection from the All My Passwords view, the connection doesn't work: I am not able to see the account associated with the Machine using RDP using Domain Account. I setup a WindowsDomain account and able to select that Resource under RDP using Domain Account. It opens in a new window and after about 3 seconds the window just closes.

Report Usage Error
One of my users is reporting an error when trying to run custom reports in ServiceDesk Plus. The error reads; "Sorry, unable to execute the report, as a report generation for this login is already running." This is the first attempt for the user to run a custom report and he is able to run the default reports. He has tried to log off and log back in, but still same error. Any help with this is greatly appreciated.

Inventory Scan Failed for DesktopCentral server
Hello everyone, I have a problem with Inventory Scan for my DesktopCentral server (the server itself not the service), it is failing for about 1 month : "Scanning Failed" - no reasons shown. I hoped that last build (10.0.82) would fix the problem but no. No problem to deploy configuration or Patch Scan. Only Inventory Scan fails.
