Hi,
We have 1 user who is unable to login to self service. The screen just flickers and goes back to the logon screen. I have deleted and recreated their account, resent the enrolment email but they still get the same error. When we first moved to self service there were a few people who had the same issue and there was a fix issued for this to my colleague. I cannot ask that colleague what this was and so please can someone advise?
