Fix for the Mobile Device Manager Plus server port in use issue
Hello, Greetings from ManageEngine Mobile Device Manager Plus! A recently released Windows patch causes the restart of an SQL server to fail while displaying an error "TCP port in use", despite the port being free. This issue also affects the restart of the Mobile Device Manager Plus server. A temporary fix to this issue is to restart the system. Fix for Desktop Central server port in use issue

A recently released windows patch has some issues which apparently shows ports as occupied when the application server releases its port for a restart. You'll find the known issue note on all the problematic updates as shown below. Script Master - 18 : How to create service requests through email
Over 70 % of service requests are raised through Emails, all of them are logged in as incidents and those are manually converted into service requests. This script will create service requests if the subject line contains the configured text. When the configured text is found, the incident request will be deleted and a new service request will be created using the configured template.
