We have Desktop Central configured with multiple remote offices all setup with unlimited bandwidth and 2 minute interval for replication using the same replication policy. What we're noticing is when deploying day latest patched immediately to a device on a remote office we're seeing a significant wait before the replication occurs, way over 2 minutes. Hi, I was just testing the latest macOS security update, and found that when I deployed it with a 'don't notify, but prompt for reboot' setting I get a popup in the bottom of the screen saying something like "your administrator has scheduled an update, you can postpone it or apply now" and there's a timer that counts down before it's automatically applied. The timer is set at 5 minutes -- is there any way to change this? This is way too short a time to be viable in my enterprise - I want to change
Running Script during subsequent startup is not working correctly
If we want to deploy a CustomScript (Computer) during next startup of clients, (subsequent startup {for the next [ 1 ] times}, this works on a subset of the selected clients only. Some clients don't get the script. Using [deploy once] does the job on all clients. Has somebody same experience and solution of the problem? Regards Rainer

We attempting to set up a Folder Redirection configuration to change the My Documents folder to point to a personal folder on a filer server. We have several fire servers on different sites that are all under different subnets. Using IP Printer configuration
Hello, I'm having an issue in my Prod environment (Build 419, over 700 nodes, all Windows devices) where when I try to set up the IP Printer configuration, and select the list of networked printers, it tries for a while to display the list, but eventually the message "No printers found" is displayed. The list of network printers displays fine in DEV (Build 414, less than 20 nodes) so it's frustrating the same does not occur in Prod. I have uploaded the server logs to Desktop Central support but

Cannot migrate default database to MSSQL in AWS RDS
I am following the instructions listed for migrating the database, but I keep getting an error message: "Socket Time Out while trying to fetch database instances from host". Hello I was surprised to learn that some of our mapped drives are NOT being applied by Group Policy Preferences. There's also no evidence of logon scripts. Software Packages stuck on Retry in Progress when newer version installed
I noticed that a few packages we have pushing in our environment are failing. When looking at the remarks, they are all listed as: Installation Failed - Fatal error during installation. I started looking at logs on a few of the machines. Ever since updating to 10.0.395 when i look at the downloadreposiotry on any managed DS i see a 2kb file when I delete the file it shows backup after replication. Is this inteneded behavior?

Hi, everytime I try to add user accounts with active directory authentication it fails. I was trying to add all the administrator accounts for them to be able to work with DesktopCentral. Is there a way to add the whole group? Thanks in advance for your support.
Uninstalling Software Silently
I am having an issue with Minitab 17.3.1.0 silent uninstall.I am able to silently install the software with no problems. I have about 88 installs to update to version 18.I can install version 18 silently with no problems. When I try to silently uninstall 17 the status show Not Applicable - Deployment Skipped. When I run the msiexec command right on the test computer it removes the software almost instantly with no UI. I can't figure out what I am missing. Ed
Delete registry value doesn't check if value exists and runs into an error
Hi, I'm deploying a configuration to disable autostarting an application by removing its autostart entry from HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run. Since I don't know on which machines the autostart is enabled I'm deploying the config to all machnies but on machines without this registry value the config exited with an error "The system can not find the specified file". Which looks like there is no check if the value exists before dc tries to delete it.

Hi, Since deploying the agent to user computers - each time they login they are getting a pop-up on the bottom right hand corner telling them when they last logged in. Is there an option to turn this off somewhere within the Desktop Central application?
DS on remote site!
Hi, I have a doubt. I have the central desktop DS installed on a remote site, however I tried to apply the USB block and does not work, nothing happens, always ready to execute. Does the remote site need to be connected to the primary site? Like VPN? The ports are not blocked, I have already checked the agents on the remote site.
