Cannot start Desktop Central
Everytime I start Desktop Central the progress would reach about 90% and then stop there and the app would not start. I try a couple of installation and on different machines, still same issue. Please advise.

Desktop Central issues
We are evaluating this product and it looks very promising but so far two things have prevented us from purchasing. Remote Desktop does not work. Out of 6 attempts only one worked and then only partially since I couldn't see the Start button or taskbar. Trying to push a Power Configuration only partially works. It pushes the configuration name but not the actual configuration itself. If we could get some help on these two issues it would go a long way towards a successful eval and eventual purchase.

Proxy Server Settings without using a User name.
Is there a way to set the proxy server settings without adding a user name and password? My network does not require authentication to go out the proxy server and when one is added, the connection fails.

Set computer for auto-login
I would like to be able to set a computer to automatically login using a specified account. This would work wonders for some of our kiosk machines. I know this is possible using GPO but I don't know how to set registry keys within a GPO. Installing Agent
Hello, I am having some problems getting the client side agent pushed out to a computer. I setup a test OU and moved a test pc into it. Then i configured the scope management to that OU with a Domain Admin account access. Loged on and off the pc a few times, i even tried rebooting and it never installed. I did recieve an Installation Failure under the agent install status. is anyone else having this problem? Thanks Al

Printer query question
As an admin on a large WAN, I am looking for a utility that will find all of my printers. Status and possibly error messages would be nice, but for now I just need the IP of the printer found. It should then be exportable to an editable format for reports. I see a ton of functions that your line of software does. I am amazed at most of it and Im sure my company can benefit from it. But for right now.. I really need printer management software. Does DC do this? or do you have any other programs that

Problem with SSL
I installed the trial of DS on one of my servers and it works locally, but I cannot access it from any other computer (on the local network). When I first login to DS it goes into secure mode (HTTPS), which normally causes just warnings, as we don't have root certificates setup on our network, and also only some of the elements in the page are secure. Removing Client Side Extension
My company is testing desktop central. However, we have decided not to use it and are trying to uninstall everything. We uninstalled the server and are trying to delete the CSE but upon reboot, the files are back again. How can we get rid of them?

SOM configuration problems

First of all, Desktop Central seems to work with only one account "administrator" but with my french server this account is named "administrateur". Not populating AD Group Policy

Domain Admin?
Do I really need to be a full domain admin for Desktop Central to work? I'm the admin for a small dept in a big edu switching from NDS to AD. I'm an admin for my dept's OU, but that's it. Will it work? I'm not actually switched yet, but I have a server and a few workstations on ad to play with. When I tried, it didn't accept my admin username as a domain admin.
