Unable to get Agent installed and working
On most of the systems we have the Agent installation fails. When I install the Agent manually (by logging into Desktop Central from the machine and installing from the link at Admin;Scope), the installation seems to wkr, but the machine is not recognized by Desktop Central as having the Agent installed. I have disabled the firewalls on these machines and on the Desktop Central machine. All except two machines with the problem are in the same subnet, the other two have static routes to the subnet and the Desktop Central machine has static routes back.
