Uninstall Agent Problem

Uninstall Agent Problem

It isnt allowing me to uninstall the agent. When I try to uninstall the agent, it keeps on going to the "uninstallation failed" section. How do i overcome this error?

I would like to uninstall all the agents and start from scratch... remove the DesktopCentral folder or at least the files inside this folder from each PC. How is this possible.
