APM Oracle DB old object
Hi all, After upgrade to Build Number 13980 we have a problem with 2 oracle DB. APM report health status critical because "WEB_SWA085-MACDOS is down ". This is not DB Link, tablespace, user. This object doesn't exist on this DB. Maybe in the past ..but not now. How i can clear that ? This is false positv for us.

I found EUM agent registered to APM is use hostname but my environment each location PC hostname is same. are there any solution to solve this in EUM? e.g. to identify agent by MAC or internal ID? Thank you! Code Chang

API « GetDowntimeDetails » for Child Monitor does not work anymore since 13780
Hello, I have a problem with REST API « GetDowntimeDetails ». I use it to retreive downtime for monitor and for child monitor (for example a process inside a Linux Monitor). On my previous version 13580, it works for both monitor type. After updating in 14050 : it works for monitor but it does not work for children anymore. I get an error « Invalid resourceid(s) in Request » in my XML file. I redid an installation from scratch in 13580 and setup multiple patches, summary : 13580 > Monitor : OK
azure monitor
Hi, I try to monitor azure through apm cloud function, but I always got this error from apm when added azure into monitor group. any ideas how to solve it? Error from APM: Azure Services discovery failed. The subscription xxxxxxxxx could not be found. Hi I always got this error in my firefox and can not disabled it. 10.0.0.1:8443 uses an invalid security certificate. The certificate is not trusted because the issuer certificate is unknown. The server might not be sending the appropriate intermediate certificates. An additional root certificate may need to be imported. The certificate is only valid for Error code: SEC_ERROR_UNKNOWN_ISSUER I use OpManager 12.3 self-sign to enable HTTPS, will it cause this issue? I can access the OpManager portal

Availability on MS Exchange server
Hello, I have 3 monitors on a a single MS Exchange server. One for each role (Mailbox, Hub, Client Access). While checking the availability of each monitor. The mailbox one is 13% (for a month) et the others are 99%. Is it possible? What does it means? I suppose that the server itself is available but something went wrong on the mailbox role (a service down?) C Could you help me on understand on this case? Thanks in advance Fabrice
Deleted unmanaged monitor still showing under monitors
I have two unmanaged monitors that had been deleted. I'm able to delete these and it won't show anymore under Monitors (good). However, after a few minutes these show up again under Monitors >> Unmanaged. How do I remove these for good? Thanks!

SMTP setup issues
I am currently in the process of evaluating the ManageEngine Application Manager product, and am currently having an issue with the email alerts. When ever I try and configure the SMTP server settings using the Application Manager wizard, and I click the Test SMTP Server button (after entering the relevant SMTP settings provided by our IT department). Monitor API - Custom Fields
Is there any option to set the custom field 'Configuration Item Id' through the API's ? We have almost everything in place for automatically updating Application Manager on AWS, but we need to fill this field (Configuration Item Id) or any other searchable field, with the instanceID of AWS.
HELP! auto generated e-mail triggered because error has occurred in AM / Error report mailadress change?
I am trying to figure out from where these emails are generated and how to edit them since they create alot of spam to the wrong mailbox, need to change where these Monitor Error mails are sent. I found something similar where "self monitoring" is mentioned, if this is the case where do i edit the notification profile for this? See image below for one of the error reports that are sent.
Application Manager server hostname change
Hi, I'm playing with free version of AM for testing purposes. On working installation, I've changed server hostname (that's server where AM is running on). Now I can't review older Event Viewer events because when I click on View Events for particular Alarm, it's linked to old server hostname. I've tried update*. bat in \bin\troubleshooting folder, but it didn't help me much. Is it possible to change this at all? Thank you.
how to report hung state windows server
Hello Guys, We are using manage engine it 360 10500 build. we have a scenario In which windows server was reachable ( ping and telnet successfull) but the the server was in hung state. Tool generated a authentication failed alert as WMI was not happening due to hung state. but the server availability was green as server was reachable . so wanted to know is there any way we can identify a server in hung state and generate a alert showing the server is in hung state??? Actions to send messages to Sprint & Verizon Phones Stopped
My actions are set-up as an "e-mail" to xxxxxxxxxx@@messaging.sprintpcs.com as well as xxxxxxxxxx@vtext.com I have never had issues, alerts would go out perfectly. But now, as of about a month ago the actions can no longer send alerts to Sprint or Verizon, it just stopped working. Does anyone else have this issue?

AppMan RabbitMQ monitor issues
Good day I have been having very odd issues with a specific group of RabbitMQ monitors in AppManager. All queue data was pulling through fine until Tuesday past, when the credentials were changed. When I updated the credentials in the monitor, the credential test passed however there was still no data pulling through (please see attached screenshot).
