APM failed to connect SDP MSP

APM failed to connect SDP MSP


APM plug-in cannot connect ServiceDesk Plus, I have tested API key and OpManager can connect SDP MSP, I think the API key is correct. but still get failed report from APM. Please advise how to solve it.  Thank you.
