Hello All, I need some basic details about the threshold attributes available on ms sql monitor in application manager . what they actally mean and what are the standard value of threshold for them?

Hi, We recently started using Application Mnaager in our organization and we need to perform some Scheduled reports. I imported some Virtual Machines from Vsphere and would like to do an automatic report every week. To do so I set up some Scheduled reports and added the VMs I would like to monitor. This is when I start misisng something: When i setup the custom reports i Admin->Reporting_> Enable reports >Monitor Type select Virtual machine. Is it possible to measure java GC stop-the-world events in Application Manager?
I've been working on setting up our JVM monitoring with Application Manager, and can't find a way to measure the time of STW garbage collection events. We have a need to determine when these pass a threshold so we can determine if we need to tune the JVM differently, or need to expand our capacity for the application being monitored. I can measure total GC time, but can I just measure STW (or pause) time? Any help would be appreciated. James Payne

Server uptime
Hello, Is there any way to display server uptime in more friendly way eg. up 145 days, 18:39 Today, the only way I can get the current uptime is through Availability and the output is in hours only.. which leads to situations where the host is running eg. 1713 Hrs 24 Mins 45 Secs. It wold be nice to have it in human readable form like uptime command output. Could you suggest a solution? Or maybe there is an easy way to get such info directly from db? Regards
Admin email action transferred to Managed
Hi, after upgrading admin server and some managed server to version 12810 i have noted that some email actions are transferred to all managed , already upgraded or not. Is this a new feature? Not all actions in admin are transferred, and from managed server some are editable and some other not. What is the rule? Is possible to inhibit the propagation? Simply because admin server use sender address that could not be authorized in SMTP server used in managed servers. Many thanks

Top 5 + redundant monitors
Hi, I'm busy lately asking a lot of questions but I have some issues I cannot find answer to anywhere. I've got Top 5 Linux CPU Utilization and many similar like Top 5 Tomcat on my dashboard. Now, the problem is I decided to unmanage a few of existing monitors, which were visible in those Top 5 containers. Unfortunately, unmanaged monitors are still visible in Top 5, which is odd and logically, they should disappear. Is it by design or is there anything that can be done to fix this? Regards

Memory Usage issue on a Linux Server with DB2 LUW database installed
We have Linux server with DB2 LUW database installed on it. Total memory allocated for the server is 256 GB, out of which 234 GB was allocated to the database. Daatabase has the automatic memory enabled, current allocation is 234 GB. When i checked in the server, the free memory avaialble is only 345 MB. Where as in the app manager, Memory utilization is showing only 1%. When 234 GB out of 256 GB is allocated to database in the server, why the server memory utilization is showing as only 1% used.
QUESTION - It is possible to create a downtime schedule with "Start" on a past date and "End" on a future date, and it apply?
Example: 1.- We are at 09:20 a.m 2.- We create a downtime scheduler for a monitor that starts at 09:00 a.m. and ends at 10:00 a.m. Will this downtime scheduler apply? If the monitor goes down at 09:40 a.m., it will appear an alarm, or will apply the scheduled downtime? Regards, Luis Lorenzo
