Admins differentiation
Hi, i need to assign a group or subgroup of monitor to different user with admin privileges only on group assigned. Each admin user should have the admin role only on group assigned to him to fully operate on monitor (create,delete, modify, disable, create subgroup etc.) in assigned group, in othe group ( not assigned) he can only view like user or operator role. I need a multitenant organization because we have different team that manage different customer and different aspect of infrasctructure.

Performance SLA (Response Time)
We are using Applications Manager to record both uptime SLAs and application performance SLAs. The number of health events is not accurate in how long an issue occurred, etc. Is there a way to generate SLA reports based on application Response Time or similar? Basically something where Response Time metric is set and record time the defined response time is violated (similar to downtime)? This is already being tracked in historical data.

WebLogic SSL
Greetings! We have a WebLogic server configured with a listen port of 9001, accepting only SSL connections. Unable to create monitor in AppManager -says servic3 not running. Performed some quick testing on another server, configured port 7001 (non-ssl) and 7002 (ssl). Created monitor on 7001 no problem, won't work on port 7002 (ssl). Checked with browser - both ports are working as expected, so I believe the problem is SSL. Is there a way to tell AppManger to connect using SSL? Thanks for any help!

Which parameter could I monitor? - I need also to monitor ASP space usage for each ASP as well as the systems one. We will be monitoring URLs, Weblogic, Database, Windows, Linux servers. Should I get a quote on a monitor license greater than the 250 listed, or should I just go with the unrestricted monitor license?

Cannot login to Application Manager plugin for OpManager
Hello, I cannot log to my ApplicationManager OpManager plugin page. The only enabled user seems to be the admin one. Every user we tried (local or Active Directory) is not valid. We have all the time a login page with "Invalid username and/or password." It seems that ApplicationManager plugin doesn't access to the user configuration of OpManager for all users but the admin one. How can we troubleshoot this problem?

Hi, i need to produce a report in tabular format of alarms in a period for a group or for single monitor. Similar to list of alarm at the bottom of the page "Alarm history" of a monitor. With date/time and message, very simple. I search between the reports without success. And i must use copy and paste of alarm history but is a big job every time. Thanks in advance.

Good morning, i need to upgrade to 12 vesrion an enterprise infrastructure composed by an admin and about ten managed server. Some of the managed server has custom patch sent by support team to resolve different issue. At the moment of upgrade whats happen? the patch will be maintained? I must deinstall it before upgrade and re-apply? How i can know if the new version include correction of detected issues and i no longer need the patch? Monitoring disk on linux server
I am monitoring a group of linux servers, all of which have mounted drives that point to shares on a windows server. Is it possible to configure Application Manager to NOT monitor the disk space of those mounted drives? I have the windows servers monitored with a different application and the monitoring of the mount points is skewing the statistics of the linux server. I would only like to monitor the drive space on the root ( / ) partition of my linux servers. thank you.
Monitoring Excel Services and underlying components
Hello, we want to monitor Excel Services in Sharepoint. When running different Excel reports (through SQL Analysis Services) we want to make sure that users get the right performance, and we want to see where bottlenecks occur. E.g Where is the delay when a user changes the report from "region east" to "region west" etc. and there is a 3 seconds wait inbetween.
