Announcing the latest release of Applications Manager v12.0

The latest 12.0 version of Applications Manager, which includes extensive enhancements and additional features was released recently.

  Key highlights of version 12.0 

  • Enhancements to Exchange Server monitor:   With monitoring support for Mailbox & Database Statistics and Database Availability Groups, the upgraded version aids in better mailbox management and capacity planning. Read more
  • Additional capabilities for MS SharePoint:  Microsoft     Office SharePoint Monitoring now supports SharePoint versions 2007, 2010 and 2013 with added capabilities for SharePoint server farms and SharePoint services, enabling you to linearly scale your IT infrastructure.  Read more 
  • New improved version of Oracle EBS : The latest version supports Oracle E-Business Suite 12.0 and 12.2.0 and retrieves important metrics like process details, applications, cluster stats and more.  The additional monitoring support quickly detects any bottlenecks in the process and efficiently tracks applications running on the server.  Read more  
  • Integration with CMDB :  With ServiceDesk Plus integration, Applications Manager helps you maintain a Configuration Management Database(CMDB) that allows you to plot your IT infrastructure from Applications Manager and track malfunctioning CIs. Read more

  ·   Support for Single Sign-On mechanism ( Enterprise edition)  which aids users to  gain access to all their Managed Servers with a single user authentication. 

·   Event Logs Rules Configuration, Threshold Creation and User Administration has been enhanced for the Enterprise Edition. You can now create event logs, thresholds, add domains and give permissions to the domain - all from the Admin Server. 

·        Performance Metric Widget enhanced to support multiple monitors. 

·        SNMP Trap Listener can now associate trap severity with server health. 

·        Support has been added for SAP JCO version 3.0 

·      Administrative activities can now be performed from the Admin Server in the Enterprise edition. 

·    OPM Connector has been enhanced to provide a quick snapshot of availability and health for network devices
