Performance SLA (Response Time)

We are using Applications Manager to record both uptime SLAs and application performance SLAs. The number of health events is not accurate in how long an issue occurred, etc.

Is there a way to generate SLA reports based on application Response Time or similar? Basically something where Response Time metric is set and record time the defined response time is violated (similar to downtime)? This is already being tracked in historical data.
