Hi all. I use AdSelfService portal to reset our Active directory password and sync them with our Office365 email. I am trying to adjust one of of the poliices and change a password and keep getting this error Sorry,the page you requested was not found. Back | Sign Out Hope you can help. Windows 7 with Gina Role with Sophos Safeguard 7.0 Logon wrong.
After installing the Gina Role and configuring the change for the registry I see a huge problem. The gina link works properly but when choosing to log in as a different user "switch user" on windows 7 and click "other user" it prompts for Username, Domain, Password in that order. Normally the domain is the last option on the bottom as a drop down method. Even when putting the appropriate information in these fields I still can't login to the machine. We have built couple of Windows 10 PCs in Anniversary Version, however, some of them GINA does not show on the logon screen. Some of the PC has the following the Key Icon but nothing happens when you click it.
Formatting of password expiry notifications
I'd like to format our password expiry notifications. Presently, they come out as one long run-on sentence. Despite having spaces inside of the message. I've tried inserting some formatting like \n \t but they show the literal. Can I use html tags?
Enrollment error "Your Account has been restricted"
I have one user who is getting an error when enrolling "Your account has been restricted, please contact your administrator". I checked the user is in the correct OU that should get the enrollment email and the user is not getting it. I synced the domain settings and when running the un-enrollment report the user does not show up. Please Advise.
Formatting the email for requesting an unlock
IN the AD Self Service module I have successfully modified the confirmation emails that are sent out and even got the HTML set up in them and they are working fine. I cannot find the setting for the emails that come out when you request an unlock and are sent the code to enter to start the process. Problem updating created fields
Im trying to customize the self update page on my info, wants to add some additional fields, which i have created. I have a really stupid question. I inherited an ADselfserviceplus installation and I have no idea how to logon to it to configure it. The only logon I can get to is the self service portal where it asks me to register. How do you get to the admin interface to configure it??
Password Reset Acknowledgement email
One of our users was able to update their password via AD Self Service Plus, and then received an email from the system with their new password in plain text. Is there anywhere to modify this email to remove the password from it, but still notify them that their password was successfully changed? (And if it wasn't them that changed it to contact our helpdesk.)
User Un-enrollment
This hopefully is a very quick question what level of Technician do you need to be in order to un-enrol a user. At the moment I have assigned 1st line support Operator access rights but this does not seem to give them the ability to un-enrol users where as if I make them Super Admins then they can. Password Expiration Notification
Hello, is it possible to inform the users only once about their expiring passwords? For example if I set "mail information 10 days before expiring" the users would be informed at day 10, 9, 8, ... (if the schedule runs every day). But I'd like to inform the users only at 10 days before expiring not at 9 days and so on. Thanks for your help
Getting SSL Error with Comodo Cert
Hello everybody, the last couple of days i've been struggling getting my SSL cert up and running. I got my SHA 256 cert from comodo and followed the steps for the keystore. To only thing I changed is that I used COMODORSADomainValidationSecureServerCA.crt and COMODORSAAddTrustCA.crt instead of the UTN ones. Error when loading the site...ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH on Chrome and SSL_ERROR_NO_CYPHER_OVERLAP on Firefox (tested it on multiple machines, all with clear cache). I then saw the tip

We are testing out the password expiration tool. I have it up and running, and have it set to alert our users 14 days prior. However looking at the report I'm seeing "The Mail has been sent already" notice next to a lot of users. Does this mean the users only get a single email about their password expiring? I want them to get one daily, not just a single time.

Email Notification select specific OUs not working?
For some reason, when trying to specify an OU in the To: [domain] field for "Send Enrollment Notification via email", it persists to ALL. It never allows me to specify an OU. I thought this was a browser issue, but it happens on all browsers, all systems. so its repeatable. Why am I unable to target specific OUs? Am I missing something here? Running on the latest version of ADSSP.
Can I get user to confirm email address for two-factor auth?

Upgrade to 5315, Users cannot change passwords
08.12.2016: Unfortunately, removing KB3167679 did not work for our environment and the Support team has indicated we'll have to await a solution from their development team. Awaiting final resolution. UPDATE: Contacted support regarding this issue; appears to be a problem with build 5315 I believe. Awaiting resolution from support team. ManageEngine ADSelfService Portal - Unlock Account not working
Hi, I've just deployed ManageEngine's ADSelfService and noticed that the account unlock feature doesn't appear to work. I've gone through the steps of enrollment then went on to lock the account, go through the unlock account feature, get a confirmation that my account is unlocked but when I look in Active Directory, the account's properties still indicate the account is locked. Can someone let me know what is the best way to troubleshoot this? I can see the unlock request logged in the dashboard

Cannot configure certain features
Hello, I'm having an issue with trying to configure email notifications. Actually it's 2 issues. 1 - I cannot successfully get to the Server Settings section under Admin -> Product Settings. Clicking Server Settings will load some of the page, but I cannot see anything under the Mail Settings tab. I can also not click SMS Settings or Proxy Settings to load those tabs. Hello, For starters web hosting isn't my best area of expertise. I have ADSelfService Plus installed and running great. I have a Port forward set up in the firewall to forward traffic to the internal server. The issue I'm having is when I navigate to xyz.domain.com it brings me to the correct place but during the transfer somewhere the url in the browser is converted to the raw IP address.
