Is there a way to uninstall and remove all configuration of ADSelfService in AD environment
How do I uninstall and remove all configuration related to ADSelfService in AD environment? Do you have a checklist? We moved our AD to AzureAD and using its SSPR for users to manage their account and we would like to remove all setting in our GPO related to ADSelfService because its still prompting users and causing confusion to them.

System Slow on SSL
Hello, I just installed AD Self Service Plus and so far I really like to way it works and the price is right. One thing I have noticed is that once I enabled the SSL feature of it for the site itself (NOT LDAP SSL) the system seems to run really slow. Loading the Login page take longer and the moving around within the interface seems much slower. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to make it faster. My users will not stand for this if it is this slow.
problem with "Configure Access URL"
Anyone else run into an issue where making changes to the "Configure Access URL" are not retained? We managed to replace the SSL cert easily enough, ADSelfService Plus server is behind a proxy and we need it to respond on a different URL. Attempts to change the Access URL and port to 443 produce no response when clicking the save button and revert to default when the admin page is reloaded. thanks for any guidance
Password Expiration Notifications
ADSelfService is not delivering Password Expiration Notifications for all users. I have it configured to email the user daily at the start of 14 days up until the day of expiration or when they change their passwords. There are users that are not receiving the notifications and there are some that will receive them but not everyday or suddenly stop. Unable to administer ADSelfService Plus
We just took over a client and the only thing we cant seem to get control of is this software. At the login screen only the domain login is there. The other company supplied with me with admin credentials but there is no ability to login locally. I already ran the reset password scripts but its not working. How to i login as admin to change the settings and administer the software. I assume it has something to do with the fact that the Log On To has no local login for the software.

On many pages it looks like the wabpage is not rendering right like some css or javascript is missing. Problem 2. If windows has the much change password on next login enabled the user will be force to change password. That is fine the problem is after the user hits submit on the password change it returns a json page that and not a webpage.

Hey Guys, I followed the SSL instructions per the SSL guide but am receiving the Untrusted CA Root cert error (I used Comodo Essential SSL). It is showing as self signed instead of being issued by Comodo. I also edited the connector information in the server.xml file for the keystore file & password. Thanks, Shane Taylor
User unable to login to Self Service
Hi, We have 1 user who is unable to login to self service. The screen just flickers and goes back to the logon screen. I have deleted and recreated their account, resent the enrolment email but they still get the same error. When we first moved to self service there were a few people who had the same issue and there was a fix issued for this to my colleague. After installing ADselfService Client, button to reset password doesnt appear on login screen.
When we now install the client on any machine, the install completes without error, and no error in the event log, but the password reset icon is no longer appearing on the desktop near the logon fields. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, reinstalling with admin rights, but havent been able to see the button to reset password. This is happening on Windows clients. Macs are working fine.

We are doing a Pilot for Windows 10. I am facing an issue with AdSelfService when I open the site via IE 11 or Edge it displays the following message and doesnt moves ahead. According to the updating cached credentials note: "VPN client settings will be applied to users' machines during GINA/CP installation or when the GINA/CP scheduler runs." How exactly does the scheduler update these settings on he client? Who pushes or pulls? Is this a LAN only feature or will it operate over the Internet? What credentials/rights are required? (hopefully not a domain admin; running the service account for the entire product as a domain admin, with Internet exposure, is a red flag)
How-To-Enroll.html - URL not working.
Working through our test group with ADSelfService Plus, we've found that the link to the 'how-to-enroll.html' file isn't functioning. I'm trying to figure out why that is. All the services are up and running and functional. Someone who goes and enrolls can work all the functions we expect them to, but when someone tries to access the link for the user-guides information, we get an error in the browser: Is this possibly a permissions issue for the directories that the user-guide and perhaps admin-guides

Very slow to return response on password resets
Hi all, I am currently in the middle of setting up a POC of this product, we are hoping it will solve our issues with syncing up Azure AD and on prem domain passwords without paying the stupid Azure AD premium costs. So... i've got it set up. O365 linked and full AD domain linked. It works... BUT... It is incredibly slow to return a response when resetting passwords. Performance is totally fine with every other screen, but when attempting to reset a PW, it takes several minutes to eventually respond.

Hello, I am trying to determine the best way to import my wildcard SSL cert into ADSelfService Plus. Comodo sent me a bundle CA file and a domain crt file for my wildcard domain. We are decommisioning a child domain and want to remove it from the Domain Settings area as well as the policy for said domain. When I go to remove the child domain, it states its successful but still shows up and is configured.

I'm attempting my first Windows GINA install - on my Windows 7 PC. The ADSelfService console shows that it has been installed. I see the "reset password/unlock account" option at the logon screen of a Remote Desktop Connection, but I don't see it at the logon screen form my PC.

Cannot send mail
I am running ADSelfService Plus on a Windows 7 machine. I have an SMTP server in house and I can telnet to port 25 on that server (Windows 2012) from the Windows 7 command line, however, I cannot send mail from the application. I have other applications on that system that are able to send mail. It tells me that is cannot connect to port 25 on that server. Any ideas?
