The ADSelfService Plus web pages are un-available; since last boot. (applying Windows Updates on 5/5)  I've stopped and restarted the manageengine service, but that hasn't helped.  How can I bring down all services (DB, AppServer, etc) and restart cleanly without rebooting the server?
