We would only like to give the option to reset password and remove the box that says unlock out on the self service page that pops up. How can this be done?
Error from logon screen
Hi, From the Ctrl-Alt-/Del screen in XP and when I hit the ResetPassword/Unlock Account button. It goes off to display the web page but I get the error "This program cannot display the webpage" Any help on this would be great. Thanks

Zero Client support?
Good Afternoon, Does ADSSP support zero clients? I'm having an issue with the GINA\CP icon showing on the login screen.The registry of the zero client shows that the install was successful - just no GINA\CP for ADSSP on the login page. Thanks!
Issue with GINA
We're noticing that some of our computers' GINA is working and some are not. On the ones not working, when you click the reset / unlock link under the password prompt, it does nothing. It adds a APPCrash event in the app event log. Looking at ADSelfServicePlusClient.log, I can definitely see the issue. Where is it pulling defUser? Good day! I am currently looking at the change password audit report of ADSelfservice Plus. A number of users did not successfully change their password, their reported statuses are: Account has been locked out. adssp.error.native.change_pwd_min_pwd_age_set getAttribute: Session already invalidated Problem in Change Password The specified network password was not correct. The specified password doesnot meet the password policy Some of the above seem straight forward, but so as not to be guessing
Is there a way to email users their security questions and answers after auto-enrolling them?
I imported all my users with two security questions and individually unique answers. Is there a way to email the users their security questions and answers now?

I was wondering how the system handles password expiration notices to user accounts that have expired. Does it still attempt to email them a notice that their password is about to expire?
Users can't see password complexity requirements
Is there any way to display the complexity requirements to users when they are at the Self Service>Change Password screen? Below is all the users can see, and "The password complexity property is Enabled" is not very helpful. Edit Dashboard Reports?
We are currently in a trial and just about ready to buy but the one question I have is if it's possible to edit the Dashboard reports. The built-in "Soon-to-Expire" dashboard report shows accounts that are in all OUs even though it should not show disabled users and even though I have ADSSP restricted to only 2 OUs. Is it possible to change this report to ignore disabled accounts and to only look in specific OUs?
Case sensitive URL
Hi, We have rolled out SelfService+ in our company, but we take great measures when it comes to safety, so we allowed users to only open certain pages on the server which are https://servername/showLogin.cc and https://servername/accounts/UnLock Unfortunately they are case sensitive which makes a lot of unnecessary confusion around users. Is there a way to change those links? Or to change behaviour to be non case sensitive? (one is for enrollment, second for accounts unlock) Thanks, Piotr
Unregistered locked account
I'm in the midst of rolling AD SS out and as I remove the pw block from users ad accounts, many are being in effect locked immediately before able to register with AD SS. As I have it configured now, when they attempt to sign in the first time, they get a password has expired error, contact your sys admin. Most users aren't on this domain, so they can't ctrl alt delete and change it that way either. Is there a setting I'm missing somewhere to allow them to register and unlock simultaneously?
Dashboard causes SQL server to run slow
Hi We are running build 4544 and whenever an administrator logs in the dashboard screen is not displaying. This is causing our external SQL server to run slowly as the SelfService database is being queried continuously. Is this a known problem, and is there any resolution? Otherwise, is it possible to turn off the dashboard so it doesn't display or query the database? Many thanks Paul

Duplicates on licenses usage report
Hi, I'm looking at the "Licensed Users Reports" and I see some duplicate licenses used, for example, an already enrolled user consumes 3 licenses: 1 being enrolled and 2 being "Not enrolled". Also, in the license report says this exact number, we only have 316 enrolled users, but 413 actually consumed. Why is this? Can I delete the duplicates and nothing bad will happen? Regards! Soon-to-expire password users report crashes during scan
Hello, While running the "Soon-to-Expire Password Users Report", it scans our AD and starts compiling users. However, once it gets up to a certain point, it goes to "No Reports Available". I also notice while it is scanning and showing the users before it crashes, the dates are shown in a long series of numbers instead of proper dates. Please advise. Thank you

Hello, There are currently two roles for technicians. There is Operator and Super Admin. Super Admin can do everything and Operator appears only to be able to view reports. We'd like a Help Desk role to where they can delete registrations. That way if someone forgets their security questions and answers, help desk can delete the registration. We do not want them however to be able to get to the Admin or Configuration tabs. Thank you

Change username to displayname
In the attached picture at the top is the username used to log in. In many of the lines of code in AD-SSP you find %username% that can be swapped with %displayName% to use that persons full name from AD. Where is the line of code and file so I can switch the top username to be their display name? Thanks, -Anthony

Using Company attribute from AD in a multi-OU organization
Has anyone found a way to tailor the email notification to a specific domain in a multi-domain Exchange/AD environment? I'd like to have a list of error messages, description of, and solution to the issue that the end-user may get, so I can prepare our support organization and documentation. SQL and MySQL?
(Currently considering evaluating the product for purchase. Haven't installed it yet.) http://www.manageengine.com/products/self-service-password/system-requirements.html I don't see SQL or MySQL mentioned in some of the downloadable documentation, but I see references to it on the above link. I'm confused... Does the product come with a "built-in database", but perhaps SQL or MySQL should be considered for larger installations?

Is there a way to restrict specific OU's from being able to register? I cannot figure out a way withoug having to set as expired or stale account. thanks
Application has not been installed properly (Gina, GPO Installation)
I have a GPO setup to install the GINA client. However after installation I receive an error station that "Application has not bee installed properly". Then a loading screen appears. The same experience is had both pre and post login to the OS.
