Technician Roles - feature requested
Hello,
There are currently two roles for technicians. There is Operator and Super Admin. Super Admin can do everything and Operator appears only to be able to view reports. We'd like a Help Desk role to where they can delete registrations. That way if someone forgets their security questions and answers, help desk can delete the registration. We do not want them however to be able to get to the Admin or Configuration tabs.
