Updating AD Manager Plus Issue

AD Manager windows service stopping
Hi, We have just installed the windows service for AD Manager on our AD manager server however every time we start the service, it runs for a few seconds then stops. Below is the error we are seeing in the event log, we have tried run as administrator and adjusted the registry key to allow interactive services however these don't resolve the issue. Automation Policy delayed Tasks not working [SOLVED]
Good Morning, I've made an Automation Policy that should run two tasks (Disable User, move to different OU) immediately and 3 tasks after 1 hour: - Remove Groups, - Move to different OU - Run Script. it runs everyday at XX:XX, but when it runs, it just execute the immediate task and closes the request that creates, if I check into the request it show the delayed Tasks as "yet to run" and the right time it should have run them, but it never does (i've waited several hours). Unable to add new technicians - Technician is now showing on the ADD Technician list

The user is on the active directory and I can see it on the search results, but when I try to search for it on the Select Technician screen it´s not showing. ManageEngine AD Manager Plus Won't Start
The ManageEngine ADManager Plus is not starting in our environment. Special Characters not being imported correctly
Hi, I am currently modifying some user account information and there is a é in the text when I go to import throught CSV import I get a weird character in the place of the é. When I check the Active directory once imported I have a � in it's place. I currently have the newest build 5240. License not working after server and Java upgrade
Upgraded the host server to win2k8, upgraded Java to the latest version. Now, the server is giving me invalid license file errors on startup, but we just relicensed in October 2015 for another year. Any assistance is welcome.
Unable to Connect

Export reports to excel
Since i upgraded to 6270 i'm facing a strange issue with exporting the long reports to excel because the data is coming distributed to many many sheets inside the excel file 1st sheet will contain 5000 record and each other sheet will contain 150 records only i cannot find any option to control that so i think it's a bug
Scheduled Reports
Users with the 'Generate Reports' role are unable to see reports created by others. I have confirmed that the users are set up with the 'Impersonate as Admin' options and that all the reports are enabled (checked) in that role. Please advise as to what I could be missing or not have configured correctly.
Android app - Unable to contact ADManager plus server
HI all, i wonder if anyone encounter the same problem. I can use almost all the function on the app, delete user, enable user, disable user, unlock. It does take a while (10 secs) for the server to reflect its unlock when it says success on the app. But when i attempt to reset password, it just says " Unable to contact ADManager Plus server" I wonder if there is anything that I need to look into or configure? Please assist .
Problem creating O365 users
Whenever I create a user with O365 properties, I get the following error: Error in creating Office 365 User. can't assign multiple groups when doing bulk user import (via CSV)
get this as Status: Successfully Created the User. Removed the following Groups, either you are unauthorized or invalid groups ...... goal is include the memberOf attribute in the CSV file so as to assign the new user to multiple AD groups. hoping this is doable/easy fix. -jj dropbox

Can`t delete "Titles" and "Departments"
I can not delete the created value "Titles" and "Departments". Error - Removing Unsuccessfull. The values are currently in use! But the value is not used anywhere, I created it a few seconds ago. "Offices" and "Companies" - also can not remove the existing and new values. Super administrator rights, database MSSQL.
Disapearing populated fields
Is anyone having a problem since the update to 6162 with auto populated fields disappearing after they've been populated? I'm getting complaints from a few of the help desk techs that create our user accounts. They say the problem is intermittent. When they are creating a user account using our templates the Full Name and Display Name fields auto populate properly but then the information in the fields disappears afterward. They say that it takes a number of tries before it works properly again

Allow logon to terminal server
Hi, We have a problem with our user creation template. Helpdesk create users with multiple templates, and sometimes the parameter "Allow logon to terminal server" is not configured as well in the Active Directory user account. Helpdesk can't change this parameter in the template, it's check by default. So helpdesk must uncheck the parameter "Deny this user permissions to log on to remote desktop session host server" in the Active Directory user account. Do you know this issue ? Regards.

Object reference error during mailbox creation

ADManager Displays Changed Password in Plain Text (HTML)
When you change a password you must type that password into a visually protected pair of boxes (so that no secondary observer might Van Eck your password or similar). The password is transmitted to the server through a secure connection (SSL). Domain User Unable to Login on ADManager Plus Server

Hi, We had subscribe 50 licenses and 2 domains, and we want to add 50 licenses more, so we had subscribe 50 new licences but when i update the licence, the file replace the older one and i got only 50 licenses. Is there a way to add thoses new licenses in AD Manager ? Regards.
