We're progressing quite successfully with integrating ServiceDesk with ADManager, but we're finding the lack of template options are keeping us from performing the tasks we would like to.

For example, a template is provided to modify the department a user is in, but we're very much interested in also making changes to a users title. There are other user attributes we would like to modify as well.

If this is currently possible, the documentation is not clear. If it is not currently possible, what would it take to create additional templates to facilitate making the needed user attributes in AD?
