Simple(?) username change.
We're changing our naming convention for a large group of our AD users (in various OUs). I've got a CSV list of all the new desired Usernames. New to ADManager Plus, can someone point me to the right place to see how to do this? I suspect it's simple but I can't quite figure it out. Creating a shared mailbox on 365
Hello, We have a Hybrid deployment of office 365 synced with an on-premises deployment of exchange 2016. I've been working on the Shared Mailbox Creation Templates and whilst I can have the shared mailbox create on the on-premises exchange server, I cannot get it to create on 365. I'm obligated on the template to have "mailbox store" as a mandatory option, but it only lists the on-premises server. I'm running build number 6582 Thanks!
How does ADManager Plus use same database during failover?
Can you please explain how ADManager Plus can use the same database in the event of the primary server going offline? I don't see where this is configured during HA setup. By setting up HA, is there something in the background that keeps the two servers databases in sync?

Is there a way to use the automation to add the current date to the user description when the account is disabled in ADManager?
SMTP Addresses being removed
Hi, When we modify an existing AD user all of the SMTP addresses are removed. Has anyone seen this before? I'm sure its something in the template i'm using as the built in templates aren't removing the addresses. I'm getting an error message "Error in setting auto reply, Could not connect to the Exchange Server." i can't see anything obvious in the log files.

Assigning Lync / Skype telephone numbers
Hi, I'm setting up a template to create our AD accounts and want to user it to create enterprise voice Lync/Skype accounts. On the OCS/Lync/skype tab there is a "Line URI format" box where I've entered tel:+<externalnumber>;ext=%telephoneNumber%, with AD Manager picking the telephone number up from the General tab. 1) When i log in as a technician the telephone number field is greyed out, can i change it so numbers can be entered? 2) Is it possible to auto fill this field from a text file. ADManager Plus API JSONP Result
I'm automatically creating user accounts from ServiceDesk Plus by running a script when the ticket is submitted that calls the ADManagerPlus API to create the account. That works. If I'm manually loading the same URL in the browser, I get a response back with a success and it provides the random password automatically created by the ADManagerPlus template. However when this same URL is passed from the script the account still gets created, but I don't get a response providing what password was set
Service 'greyed' out
Starting the AD Manager service on my 2008r2 DC and it starts and restarts fine, but the app icon in the tray is 'greyed out' and I cannot get to the web page.

Audit Logs missing from app
Audit logs are not loading on page. It is showing as blank. The Admin Audit Report is showing though. I can also see the audit logs in the audit-data folder. I have tried to restart the server, but it is still not showing. Anything, I need to clear?

Tech cannot delete user account
I have given a Helpdesk Role the ability to delete user accounts, but access is denied when trying to delete one. The Role has "Delete User" checked off under General Attributes of AD Management tab. Is there something I'm missing?

Reports not running
Hi, We currently have ADManager Plus version 6.5.5 (build 655) running on a Windows Server 2012 R2 standard machine. Users have currently complained that reports no longer work. When the user goes in to run a report, they click generate and nothing happens. There is no error message at all. It just doesn't respond. We have tried using both Internet Explorer and Chrome, and both give the same results. We have tried accessing it both remotely and locally from the server it is hosted on. Any advice

No matter what I do with my firewall (even turn them off) they say I need port 88 and 389 open. But not on all of my member servers. Anyone else have this issue?

Clickatell message integration
We have Clickatell set up. We have users with their Cell Phone numbers in AD. Is there a way to set up a group in AD and use the clickatell integration to message them? We are looking for an easy way to message our security counsel when there is a all clear or bogus alert. I know that this isn't the designed use for AD Manager Plus. It does have the ability to send notifications via SMS. It has all of the groups and cell phone numbers so it has the necessary components, except maybe the interface?

Hi, I try to automate to set the site field according to email suffix address and was wondering if get some advice how to do it. E.g. receive request the form mlo@dukesacademy.org.uk the site field will be filling it up with Dukes, if the requester uses the address mlo@oakspark.redbridge.sch.uk it filled it up with Oaks Park. I already created this sites and tried to use forms rules to achieve it but is not working.
Copied User Creation Templates are not available to Help Desk
I copied some of the user creation templates and disabled the Exchange email creation and saved them with a new name but the copies are not showing up in the available template list for the Help Desk team. Is there an option to determine which templates they can use? Thanks, Keith
Problem when copying User Templates
Greetings, We recently discovered that if you have Creation Rule in User Creation Template that sets Domain Users group to a said user, it actually tries to add that Domain Users group where you copied the template. For example I have template in domain1 and I want to use that same template in domain2 and modify it as necessary. Hi there, I am trying to create a scheduled report with a custom powershell command. We have a journal mailbox and I want a scheduled report of mailbox statistics of the journal mailbox. Basically, I am trying to do journal mailbox monitoring. We will be interested in the number of items in particular folders of the journal mailbox. Remove Office 365 license in user modification template
I have a user termination template but I would like to be able to have it remove the user's Office 365 e3 license as well. I can't seem to find a way to do this other than using psremoting to my 365 tenant in a custom script. I can add licenses during creation, i should be able to remove them during termination. Is there an easy way to do this?
