We are pleased to announce the release of ADManager Plus 6632 build. The highlight of this release are:

 

Active Directory Management plug-in for ServiceDesk plus: If you're a ServiceDesk Plus customer, you can make use of the AD Management plug-in to perform the following actions right from within the ServiceDesk Plus console.

 

  • Simultaneous user account creation for multiple platforms, such as AD, Office 365, Exchange, G Suite, and Skype for Business, using custom-made templates.
  • Password reset for AD accounts.
  • AD User account unlock.

 

Besides these, the ServiceDesk Plus technician can login to ADManager Plus and perform the above-listed actions, and also locate any AD object easily using the AD search.
