Disable all users in a specific OU
I'd like to automate some procedures with all users into a specific OU. When a employee is fired, we have to do (in ADManager): 1) We disable the user. 2) We move a user to a OU called "Disabled Users". 3) Remove all groups the user is member of. I think a specific automation: The techician manually moves the user to the OU "Disabled Users". The Automation runs disabling the user and removing all groups. Anyone can help me with this. (Sorry my english).
Passwords and Custom Dictionary Words
Is it possible to add customer words to the a dictionary in ADManager Plus so when entering a password a password with those custom words will not be added? Also, does ADManager plus have a report that shows users that have simple passwords?

Good day, Is it possible to create an "Automation Policy" to remove some users of "Skype for business" based on a report? I need to remove the "Skype for business" service for users disconnected from the company; This task must be recurrent. Additional, Is it also possible to activate this service (Skype for Business) using a "task" or "Automation Policy" based on a report for some new users that meet some criteria that I generate within the report?

Is there a way to set Restrictive Logon via Creation Rule. USE CASE: If a user is a contractor please set the Restrictive Logon value to "RESTRICTED LOGON" I can set this when I create the user, but I would like it to auto populate being every contractor will have the same thing.

Hi there, Currently we have a 2 domain 5 tech license I need to give Servicedesk access to perform certain tasks over two domains. I have created new user templates for both domains however I can only tick one or the other as default. This means that when I change domain to create user from the default, the selected template is called System Template and not the customised one I have created. I can select it from the list but am trying to make this as easy to use as possible. Can you help me

My organisation are looking to automate the removal of Inactive User accounts and as a part of this process would like to downgrade the assigned Office 365 license for a period of 30 days before the license is removed completely. Is this possible as I've not been able to find a way to do this without using a custom Powershell script?

Is there a built-in "enable" process to match the "disable" process?
There is a defined disable/delete policy to move/delete home folder, hide email address in the GAL, etc. After I run that process against a user to disable them and a week later their manager says "we hired them back" or "they actually just converted from contractor to employee and never should have been disabled", is there a process I can allow a technician to run to undo everything from the disable process (assuming I didn't delete anything)?
How do I get ADManager to start up automatically after server reboot?
I have ADManager Plus 6.5 and every time the server reboots, I have to log in to start it. I've tried creating a scheduled task to run at startup but it does not work. ADManager Google Chrome Display Issue
Hello, after upgrading to ADManager 6540, we are no longer able to use ADManager on Google Chrome. When we display the users and try to search for users, the webpage remains blank. The list of names flash and then disappear. We have tried to clear the cache, reset Google chrome, and even restart the ADManager server, but it has not resolved the issue. Currently, it only works in Internet Explorer. Please advise if there is something we can look at to resolve this. Thank you, Cyrus
User Creation Template - Logon Name - Prevent Duplicate feature not working as needed
I'm working on trying to import a bulk batch of users via CS using the Bulk Import custom Creation Template. As part of this I'm creating Logon names for these users. AD doesn't don't allow for any duplicate logon names so I'm getting errors on some of my user creation attempts. Our naming convention is a standard "lastname_firstinitial" so Tom Jones becomes "Jones_T" If there is already a Jones_T, Tom would then become Jones_To. Import Creation Rules
Is there a way we can import user creation rules? We have over 105 titles within our organization, currently we have an excel sheet that we use for imports, this creates all the rules of what memberof, sites , departments. I was shown how to create the user creation rules but working on this, creating 105 rules would take time and i was wondering if there was a way to a bulk import for such rules from a CSV or some sort to use rather than create each rule individually. Creating scheduled reports
I have setup 800 scheduled reports to email users a list of users in a certain security group to show who has access to the share they own. I have enabled 500 of these but then get an error Cannot enable! Maximum Scheduler count for this license reached! Upgrade HDT/Scheduler Package! We looked into this when purchasing and were told we could do the number of scheduled reports we required and cant see anything about the licencing about a limit. Has anyone else had this issue?

Force Templates for specific Helpdesk technicians / Requestestors
I am trying to set up requester roles but i would like the requestors to use a specific template. Along don't want the requestors to be able to change the template that we have made for them to use.
